I will start out by saying that I wouldve awarded NO STARS but one was the lowest allowed to give a review. Beware everyone that chooses to go to this location!! DO NOT LET SHIRLEY TOUCH YOUR HAIR! We walked in there yesterday evening for a quick trim for back to school and she made a complete mess of my daughters hair. Her hair is now uneven at the ends and her bangs are lopsided. Shirley complained from the beginning, complained that my daughters hair was too tangled after washing, complained about having to blow dry her hair and told her that if she wanted all this work done we shouldve made an earlier appt. My daughter told her she wanted a couple inches off, just a trim as she likes her hair long. Shirley was so frazzled by the tangles that she combed them down as much as she could and instead of working through them she just cut them off!! Completely disregarding the fact that my daughter wanted to keep her hair long. When she was done my daughter excused herself and went off to the bathroom where I found her crying her eyes out! It really was bad, it looked awful!! I will now need to find someone to fix the mess Shirley made and will definitely not be returning to this location. I dont even understand how she works as a hairstylist, she is not qualified and should not be near anyones hair!!

I had a very good experience here. It was one of those months where you need to go but have very little money so I figured I should try a place that fit my budget. I didnt expect too much but I got very surprised. First of all. I called ahead on the phone and they were very professional. I set up a time and when I came to my appointment I didnt have to wait. The hairdresser was the sweetest. She did a great job and my city highlights has never been better! I looked amazing, the color, the cut, the way she styled it. I gave her a good tip but didnt pay more than a 100 in total. I will be back!

How annoying I came as a walk in knowing that a hair coloring would take while I was asked to leave my name and phone number and come back in an hour. That was fine I went got a pedicure shopped around and came back in an hour. I was told that I had to wait for somebody to come in and then once she got there I would have to wait for somebody else to get their haircut. Its not like I dont have other things to do on a Saturday then wait for 2 hours after I was told 1 hour. Very disappointed and its not even like the work that is so good that you should have to wait 2 hours
