Im saddened to say that your customer service is very bad. My hair did not come out like the picture at all. It was not done the way I wanted in the pictures.Your reasoning is I left the salon happy well thats true but its only because I was trying to be nice and not hurt anyones feelings and thought if I reached out to Sabrina (the one who did my hair) that maybe she could refix my hair for me the way I would like. And for you guys to tell me I have to pay full price is ridiculous, yes I know we had some bad communication and didnt really understand the concept of bayalage or highlights at first. But if you were going to charge me it would of at least been a nice courtesy for you to have me pay half. At that point I left because I would rather pay someone who has better service with their customers, especially a first timer. Im really sad I had to put in money for my hair and not come out the way I wanted. Your #1 piority is to make your customers happy and thats not the case. First time going and definitley my last.

I was not satisfied with my haircut or color but that is not the experience that most disturbed me. While in the Salon I was very unsettled by the music being played which degraded women, their bodies, their Mission and their beauty. All of the lyrics contained vulgar phrases and language. It saddened me to see young women so de-sensitized to these words and messages. A mother and her daughter sat seemingly unaffected by such assaultive words , more concerned by how many "likes" they received on a Facebook post than anything else. This speaks to a much larger issue of self-respect and care. It was my experience that this Salon does not promote any of those core invaluable values. Please pay attention to words, not only in music but your own. The only reason it gets one star is because you can not post a comment without any stars.

Flawless Beauty Salon is the place to go when you are looking to enhance your beauty. Sara is a professional makeup artist whose work is impeccable. I have been to her for lash extensions, eyebrow waxing, as well as full face makeup and have always had my expectations surpassed. Whether you are wanting a soft, natural daytime look or a polished, sultry night, look... she will give you just what you are seeking and more! Marie has taken me from burgundy to a caramel blonde, and back to burgundy. Always using top knotch hair care and color products and making sure my hair is never damaged in the process. These ladies are the best around!

I cant express how much I loved this Salon, and I did my research and hands down, no other salons in Northeastern Ohio are touching this one !! I loved the fact that they have a consultation with you before your hair appoinment, so they can go over ideas , get to know your wants/needs , get to know your hair type/texture/color. I def will be returning very soon! Karmah was a gem, I would give her 6 stars if I could have !! check out their IG account to see all their amazing work if my review isnt enough!

I tried this salon on the recommendation of my daughter and I have become a regular. Sabrina who colors my hair is professional and knowledgeable. She does an amazing job every time. If you are looking for a hair colorists, she will not disappoint you!!
