To say that I love Embrace is an understatement. TJ and the team has created a really positive spa with stylists that love their environment, constantly educate themselves, and bring the best to their clients. I am treated very well every time I walk through the door. The addage "you get what you pay for" really applies. This isnt Best Cuts - its an investment in your health regardless of whether thats hair, massage, or other form of pampering. I love going back time and again to Embrace because they know who I am, what I like, and the massage therapist really pays attention to whats going on in my life and how to help alleviate stress. TJ is to be commended for working so very hard with his team to create, maintain and move forward to the betterment of his salon. The place is always clean; the stylists are encouraged to always educate themselves if theres downtime, and individual personalities shine with certain specialites. Embrace has a great way of relaxing anyone who walks in the door, regardless of the service youre getting. Kudos to Embrace!

SOOOO disappointed. My tailbone hurts so bad from sitting on the formica counter seat & thin coushion.VERY uncomfortable! NO massage chair! you put your feet in a stainless steel kitchen sink!! not a massage soak bath! The chair she wanted me to sit in for my manicure was so low to the ground I had to reach my arm in the up to get it to the table & I am 58. I asked to swich with another & she did & it was better. I complained about my tailbone & she just agreed! She didnt ask me what color I wanted. I got french & she just used the shiney pink & white. I usually like the more solid light pink (non-shiney) . Will NEVER go back here. Definately NOT WORTH the $77.00 I paid before tip.

The name says it all. You feel the "embrace" of the pleasant and friendly staff much more than other salons I have been to. TJ Jaskolka has been doing my hair for years, and for me, its a special treat to be so pampered by him. He makes excellent suggestions when I dont know what cut or color I want done, and since Im always changing my hair and color, it must be frustrating for him, but hes always patient. The staff is professionally friendly and very welcoming. He and his staff donate their time and talents to the community, and thats rare these days. Ive had facials and manicures and always leave feeling on top of the world. You wont find a better salon in Ohio.

Just had a great experience at Embrace salon again. I have been here before for a facial, massage and a haircut. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean. Yesterday Hope worked her magic on my boring hair with some balayage coloring. I am so happy she suggested this at my last visit when she cut my hair. It looks fantastic!! Hope offered suggestions without being pushy, had friendly conversation and gave me an accurate time frame for how long the appointment would take. I highly suggest Hope if you know what you want exactly done or if you are like me and wanted a change but had no idea what would look good on me. I will definitely be back to see Hope

My Mom and I went for pedicures. It was not good. The girls were nice enough but it was obvious they didnt "do" nails consistently. They barely let our feet soak before starting the pedicure and had no idea how to remove ingrown toe nails. Basically, she just cut and filed my nails then rubbed them with a pumice file for a minute. The "massage" lasted all of two minutes. We both wanted French manicures which I did get but it looks like I did it myself. My Moms was so bad she had them take it off and left with unpainted nails. If you dont have people who are well trained in a specific area then dont offer that service.

I LOVE how Kellye does my hair. I tell her to do whatever, and she never does me wrong. I always get compliments on my style. I started going to her when I had "mom" hair, permed and long and throw in a claw clip thing. She updated my look. Made it more modern, shorter and colored. I have listened to her suggestions and she listens to what I want my hair to do. And she always delivers! The salon and spa are very clean. The entire staff is friendly. I feel comfortable going there. Im so happy to find a stylist and salon so close to home and affordable. You all rock, especially my girl Kellye.

Thursday June 16th I had a Spa treatment for my birthday. We recently moved to Brunswick so had no idea where to go. We picked Embrace and the name fits the experience. I was embraced by Lacey, Brittany and Hope. I had a facial, massage, mani, pedi, wash and style. These girls really care about taking care of people. It says volumes about the managers choice of hires. I have never been so impressed with a salon or the stylist. I Highly recommend "Embrace" be your salon of choice to be pampered with quality and integrity.

Go see my girl Brianna Hartman at Embrace! She does top quality work at a great price. Professional and very friendly. Brianna has been cutting my hair for few years now and I wouldnt go to anyone else. She specializes in coloring but will cut and fade with the best of them. You will not be disappointed. Excellent service with friendly staff and clean building. The owner TJ is always very friendly and professional as well. 5 stars!

I went for a massage and that was fine but after checking off the "no I am not pregnant" part on the sheet they give you to fill out and telling the massage therapist I was not pregnant when she asked, she said I looked pregnant. I completely understand why they have to ask but even after she knew I was not pregnant she still made the comment that I looked pregnant? Lets just say this experience was far from relaxing.

My experience at embrace is always the best! The salon is always clean, and the staff is super sweet. My stylist is haley, her work is on excellent! Every time I come in for either a cut or color it is exactly what I wanted. She also does spray tans and they come out perfect every time! Haley also is really good with little kids, I brought my daughter in for her first hair cut and she made her feel so special.

I can always trust that he will do a superb job, and that I will be completely satisfied with the results. I love the salon, and all that it offers. My stylist, Dianne, is fantastic and works tirelessly every time I come in to sift through all of my hair and I always leave feeling like a rockstar- from head to toe.
