In February I went and got my first ombre done by Sarah Payne and love it. The ombre itself was $105 and I had to get a cut also which was $30 leading to the total to be $135 which is very reasonable. I came in with dark brown hair and told her to get my light as possible and that I had red underneath the brown and wanted as much of it out and it looked great. It was a caramel color and you could hardly tell I dyed it red before. I wanted a second ombre and found out that Sarah was no longer working at City Looks which kind of sucked to find out but I scheduled the ombre with someone else. This time I didnt get the cut and only got the ombre. The ombre still looks nice but not $143 nice. She went higher with my ombre which is fine but she didnt do the same technique as Sarah so it looks like I have strange colors of red in my hair with blonde orangey tones. Not sure why the ombre price was bumped up an extra $40 this time. Its not like my hair grew 5 inches in 3 months. Its shorter than when I came in to do my first ombre. Luckily my stylist didnt have enough time for a haircut because she had another appointment right after me because I would have ended up complaining about the price while checking out. Needless to say, if I want to pay close to $200 next time since Ill need a cut, Im going to look and see if Sarah is still in the central Florida area. If not, Ill got to a higher end salon and get what Im paying for.

I wanted to post a photo of the mess I am left with after spending 470$ at this salon. Unsurprisingly they have blocked anyone from posting photos on their page, and after reading many other bad reviews I now know why. I was supposed to have rose gold ombré and I also got a keratin treatment. After washing with the expensive products they insisted I purchased in order to "guarantee" the treatment my hair was left brittle and dry. Im talking a good 4 inches of damage ! Its fried. They wanted me to sign a release form and pay to have it notarized in order to get a refund. Where is the logic in that?! I have to pay to get a refund ?! They would not budge on the issue and when I told the owner I would be going to the media with this she told me she will be printing out all of my reviews and showing her attorney and that it will come back to bite me! Sorry but Ive already been bitten by a hair disaster , not much more you can do to me. Not to mention they took back the product I returned and never gave me a refund because they refused to do 2 seperate refunds and wanted refund services and product together. So now almost 500$later I have fried hair and no product. I will be contacting avedas corporate office next and the news. I hope I save someone else from the emotional distress of having their hair ruined and then being treated like a problem.

Worst salon I have ever gone to. I have been going to Stephanie Anthony for a while over at City Looks I always request a trim ONLY and i say NO LAYERS Im trying to grow my hair. But for some reason Stephanie will take it upon herself to add in layers and dig deep into my personal life and then when my mom comes in for cuts she tells her my personal life which I absolutely hate. Now or the part where she crossed the line I had $400 tape in extensions and I once again asked her to only trim my real hair so they would better blend instead she shaved my hair with a razor all the way from my shoulders to the end of my beautiful extensions. At the end of the appointment i left crying after i paid $70 because she "had" to use the razor. My extensions that were at my hips when I bought them and were at my bra after Stephanie got her untrained shakey hands on them! If she didnt know how to cut extensions she she should have said something I immediately had to pay $200 to get the ruined hair out of my head! So thank you so much City Looks and Stephanie Anthony for finding me my new permanent home over at Flying Scissors!!!! THE BEST SALON IN CLERMONT!!!!!

Have been going to this salon for over 7 years. A lot of mishaps with missing appointments as I do book months in advance. Had what I thought was a great working relationship/friendship with my stylist, and was patiently waiting for several years for an outcome that never came. Its not that may hair looked bad it just wasnt what I wanted. I finally got firm, took a leap of faith and brought another picture of what I wanted to finally happen that night.....my lower back length hair became an awful shoulder length bob with no volume (no I didnt want to cut my hair that short) and the color was still no where near the picture. You know how you get your hair done and the stylist has you look at your hair in the mirror ...nope that didnt happen. After the shock days later I personally contacted my stylist and the response was "I feel I cant make you happy, contact the salon to have someone help you". Yup!! that was $220 worth....

Worst experience of my life.. Went in for a trim and came out with choppy hair! The haircut was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The longest layer was uneven and cut STRAIGHT across my back! ( I asked to trim my hair and give me some SHAPE) My layers were cut the same way straight across. Looks so choppy and horrible. I got charged 15$ extra for having long hair. Its a hair cut what does it matter how long my hair is?? She didnt even style it!! Put some mousse in it and I left. Charged me 15$ extra for having long hair?? And wasnt even styled or blow dried? How does this make sense? Worst haircut ever and will definetly NOT recommend this place to anyone! My cousin wanted to bring her bridal party here 13 women and girls to get their hair and makeup done.... Definetly will tell her to reconsider.

I had the worst experience with City Looks Salon in Clermont, dont expect to be quoted a price over the phone, you will get a totally different one when you go in. They will give you excuses like each stylist charge different prices. Even with a basic cut and color one may charge you $50 the next will charge you up to $125. You can get the same style with the same stylist every time you go but she will try to up charge just to make extra money from you. So be aware of this shady salon and they dont stand behind their work or word. So dont bother telling them they made a mistake on your style because they will not fix it. I am a totally unsatisfied customer I wont be back!!! I just dont want anyone else to be taken advantage of, thats the only reason Im on here.

This is my second visit to this salon. I had scheduled an appointment but when I arrived my hair stylist called out sick so I was placed with another stylist. Of course, a bit upset as I heard great things about the original stylist which is why I requested her. Needless to say, my hair looks amazing. Gina took such great care of my hair and she payed close attention to detail. The salon front desk staff gave me a small goody bag for the I convenience which was such an amazing touch. I have managed many salons and small touches like this make my day and will keep me coming back. This salon will take such good care of you and their customer service is on POINT. One happy blonde :)
