Had the worst experience here, and I am a hairdresser. I spoke to the manager who said her manager had to speak to me before issuing a refund. While at my job in Walmart, a Walmart employee and friend of theirs came to me with a 5 dollar bill, saying it was from one of the lovely ladies at the salon. Heads are going to roll on this one.

The worst haircuts I have ever seen! Managed to mess not only my husbands hair up but my now 2 year old sons haur completely up on his birhtday no less!
