Voted Best Place to Work.. It is easy to see why. I have never come in contact with an organization that cares more for its customers, or its employees. From day 1, they want to know what is going on in your life, what your goals are and what makes you happy. The majority of the clients have been with Nextep for many years, some even for over 15 years. One of the best compliments I ever received was that a particular company "would not have made it through their transition and merger with another company, without the help of Nextep." The President/CEO genuinely cares for his employees, as well as clients. He takes a great interest in the well-being of both. Nextep is a company where EVERYONE is happy for your success, and you have the support of the entire company in times of need. Nextep has opened doors for me and given me opportunities for personal growth that I never thought possible. I love this company and I am incredibly proud to work here.

My company uses this organization for our HR services. Nextep engages in numerous behaviors that are inappropriate and fiscally irresponsible. Dont be surprised if you have a 401k to wake up one day and find out your 401k got switched to a different provider with a significant resulting loss in account value (over 10% for me). Great, thanks for nothing. If this happens you will have no visibility or control over any aspect of the process. Just be prepared to bend over backwards and... well, you know. The company also pushes all kinds of crap where they promote their "services" with insurers etc. - and you can rest assured that the only one benefiting from these things are Nextep and their "partners." You also have NO means to stop the crap from coming. Its like being taken hostage. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never work for an organization that uses their services every again.

My company is partnered with Nextep. I just wanted to share my experience as a client worksite employee who partners with Nextep. I love their technology and the ability to log-in anywhere and view or change my employee information. The staff is very helpful and professional and I love that I receive a live human being every time I call. Ruthy Simpson is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I may have. I love their Holiday Savings plan, their technology portal and the expertise and professionalism of their staff.

You will never find another company whose customer service can beat Nexteps. The employees genuinely care about their clients and each other. They truly want to help you make your life easier so you can run your business and not have to worry about the every day tasks that can take time away from what really matters to you. If you want a PEO with the latest technology, where you always get a person on the phone, and with service team members who are all experts in their field, than Nextep is for you!

I dont understand some of these reviews honestly, this group has some of the best customer service reps Ive ever dealt with. They are EXTREMELY customer oriented, professional, knowledable, and quick to respond and help with any of my needs or requests. I would NOT be ok without Nextep and everything that they do for me.
