his is overall the worst daycare I have ever experienced. The teachers are very nice and carring to the kids from what I could tell. (They would always hug then when they seen them the next day.) The director is a joke. Multiple times a week I would drop my children off or be picking them up and she would be gossiping about the different "teachers" to the other "teachers." I was late one day (5 mins) and she actually told me that I needed to hurry and get up there, like I should speed or something. My son would come home with snot caked on his face. Not just under his nose, but caked across his forehead and even in his hair. I complained multiple times to no avail. One time I actually witnessed a child escape out the front door and run out the front gate while the owner, the director, and 3 teachers were in the room. They blamed it on another parent, but it was clearly their responsibility to watch. They would often call for me to pick my kid up because he had "diarrhea " even tho it was just soft stool from the milk they gave him (even though u repeatedly asked to not give him milk.) They allow other kids to use the diapers and wipes you provide. They wait so long to change the diapers that feces ends up on the childrens clothes. I could go on and on!!

I used to work here for a little bit and it was not pleasant at all. I never felt included as a part of the staff. My boss always talked down to me. The other teachers would walk off from their class with kids in it to go socialize with the other teachers (and if I did for one second to send a child who was misbehaving to talk to the owner, like I was told to do by my boss, I would be yelled at). One of my bosses actually tried to get too involved in my private life and she said she was only trying to be a mom to me. I caught the owner and the front desk receptionist talking behind back about me. And without any explanation I would sometimes get a 15 minute lunch break for a 7 hour shift when my other co-workers would recieve a two hour break for the same amount of hours of a shift. Also, when we took the school aged kids out on the playground one of the teachers told me to pretend to lock the gate..real safe! I would take your children else where!

This place is terrible. Im going to try to find a new daycare asap. They do not care that parents have jobs and have to work. They will call for any reason possible to have you come get your kid. They dont care if you lose your job. If school age kid doesnt make their 21 student list for summer then your just sol. They lose my kids wipes and stuff and then expect the parent to bring more when it hasnt even been a week since you brought a be And new pack.. I could go on for days... Would not recommend this center to anyone...

I drove by this child care center and was amazed at the attention the teachers were giving the children. I saw the smiles on their faces and on the children faces! This was a great way to observe a child/ caregiver relationship! I dont have children in the center but if I needed care, I think this is where I would want my child!

Dont take your kids here. My daughter just started because unfortunately the daycare she attended for the past 4 years does not drive to Madison and I could not get her transferred to Wilson. This daycare doesnt care about her. They expect her to fall into the schedule she is not used to from day 1 and be perfect

This DAYCARE has issues with owner is very rude,hateful, and if child is not perfect then will suspend child for a day from attending DAYCARE....also has issues with changing employees often...had one issue where police was called because employee quit and made scene at Daycare with owner ....

WOW! My children attend this daycare and have for a year now. I have not had any problems. I love the owner. The facility is always clean. My children love this daycare! I love that the teachers truly care. I honestly recommend this daycare without a doubt.

The teachers are what make the daycare run. I loved my co-workers. Management needs some work. Your kids will be loved and treated well but I would say be cautious with who you trust. Too many things have happened that shouldnt have.

Has head lice issue. The owner thats running hasnt got a clue. The manager Lisa talks down to parents and is lazy. Only has a few good teachers...Im glad my kids no longer go there. They need to learn how to clean their day care
