I had three corporate accounts with them and was forced to leave after incessant losing and/or misplacing revenue checks from customers and vendors alike. Due to their lack of attention to detail, more often than not, other businesses revenue checks were put into our mailboxes. Despite their failure on a corporate end, I did not want to change my address so I kept my personal box. I have three open disputes with the USPS currently after delivery was confirmed to their store - with a date and time stamp provided - and their response was "we cant find the packages". The most disturbing loss was my HEALTH INSURANCE cards. PostNet as a service is wonderful. This store, in particular, is a disgrace to the PostNet Corporation. A former employee quit and purchased her own franchise citing the same grotesque business practices. If you are mailed anything important I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

First, they tried to charge me $35 for packing an item, which I will give them a tiny bit of slack on, since they were going to have to make a custom box. Anyhow, they referred me to budget box, who packed the item for $7 (much larger box selection). Anyhow, I went back to PostNet to ship my item and they charged me $63 for UPS ground, so I looked online and found that UPS charged a much lower rate than what I payed. I guess you pay for the convenience here. The only positive side was the extremely nice customer service. They were awesome. If you are looking to save money, it may be in your best interest to look elsewhere, otherwise, PostNet provides a solid service at a relatively high markup. . .

This place is a joke, I went here because my grandfather said they did a good job and could get me a decent price on a box and shipping. I sell and ship things all the time through eBay. Not only were there shipping prices awful, but the manager "made" a crappy box for me then charged me $20 so even if I didnt want to ship through their ridiculous prices I still would of had to pay for the sad excuse of a box. I had been going the the ups store down the street since I moved here from Dallas and thought Id give this place a try. Do yourself a favor and just goto ups, on top of the crazy prices, it was the slowest service possible.

My girlfriend did not qualify for their "first rate customer" status I guess when she wanted to get some photos printed. The lady there said that her first priority was customers who came in for postage services, or something like that. If they do not have time to provide the service, they should not offer it. I know an owner of a PostNet store in a different town. Those guys work hard to keep their clientele happy. I dont know what is wrong with these guys. If you promise, you should deliver. And you know, as they say, people take extra effort to share their bad experiences. Good luck - youll need it.

I use PostNet often. The staff is always helpful and quick to respond. Their quality of work is just as good as any other and the customer service cant be beat. Mistakes and miscommunications will happen as is the nature of business, but Barbara and her staff always do their best to help me regardless of the situation. I dont know how their pricing compares because I simply dont care. The customer service far outweighs saving a buck somewhere else. They get ALL my business!

Very professional mailing and printing services company. Ive given them several graphic and printing jobs. The quality of my posters was exceptional and the copying and binding projects met all my requirements. I love the personalized mugs, tumblers and pens they sell ... made perfect gifts for my family and friends. A great locally-owned business with friendly and helpful staff.

Great place with friendly staff! Ive been doing business with them for the past 4 years and highly recommend them. They are always helpful and professional. Do you have to wait sometimes? Sure. They do get busy, but that could be anyplace. You come here for the staff and the services that they provide. It is my convenient one stop shop for packaging and shipping.

I have used this PostNet store for packaging, shipping, book cutting and binding, printing and some other various office needs. I have found the staff to be helpful and courteous. Its not near as busy as Kinkos, so I usually can get in and out faster than at a larger store. I would recommend their services, and especially enjoy the friendliness of the staff.

You will always pay more to ship USPS at places like this, as they are private businesses and add on to shipping prices. If you want the cheapest shipping - the post office will always be your best bet! If youre in a hurry & dont mind paying more in order to avoid long lines - you will find places like this, very convenient.

Was quoted for a large package(33.8 lbs, Dimensions:49"x29"x8") for $182. I called Fedex and with the same information: $54.96. I was astounded that post net was more than 3 times the amount. I know there is a markup they have to factor in costs, but this is a little excessive. 2 stars for the guy on the phone: very friendly.

PostNet is amazing. I went in for some copies for my real estate business and walked out with everything that I need to be success. Real Estate signs, yard signs, business cards, postcards, and color flyers for all my listings.

I have had a box with PostNet for years. I have all my packages sent there and I never have to worry about them being left on the door step or missing a package as they are always signed for by a helpful PostNet staff.
