Disgusting customer service. I asked for a quote for some political yard signs. They immediately got back to me because I forgot to tell them the signs where going to be two sided. I answered and didnt get a response for over nine days. By then we had chosen USLogo to do our work because of their great prices and immediate responses. So I sent them an email letting them know this and that I was extremely disappointed and that I would advise the KDP to steer clear of such a frazzled company. I got an email back hurling insults and calling me a stupid liberal with a senile Reagan quote. Id advise you shop anywhere but here.

Great working with the Fast Signs team. They work quickly and efficiently. They have a way of knowing exactly what my team needs from banners to window clings and making sure its done the best way, the first time. Great customer service as well, put me in contact with a rep immediately after I inquired on their site and we had a new banner made and installed in less that a week.

I sent a request for professional signs for our new office building, along with PDF so they could see an example of what I was looking for, yet tailor it to what works best for them. That was on 6/20. Today is 7/18. I have never received a response. Obviously I went with a business that offered superior customer service, and you will not get that here.
