After the hospital changed the doctor this year, I got really bad experiences. I tried to talk to the doctor to discuss the medicine used for my dog and left message 4 times in 4 days and never got called back. So I walked in to talk to the doctor. Also my dogs rear leg got insured during the annual exam and I filed complaint to Banfield headquarter. Go to the other place.

Whoever was working at the printing department today gave me the most unnecessary attitude Ive ever received. Im in this store multiple times a week as Im an office manager for a company and am constantly needing supplies. When I called to speak with a manager I was told he was too busy at the moment to speak to me. I will not be back

It has all the necessities but many times the staff does not attend to all your needs. Its almost as if they do not want to work there. Overall it was a decent visit. Good variety and things of that nature.
