This is a feedback for Andrew at 7701 E Kellogg Dr Wichita, KS 67207 US. I went in there on a Saturday (08/20) afternoon to send a letter using overnight shipping. The moment I stepped into the store, Andrew greeted my husband and I with a smile and courteous greeting. He was incredibly helpful, have a great sense of humor and helped me throughout the whole process from start to finish. He also made a few casual conversations with us to make us feel comfortable. He had a call that came in during that time and politely excused himself to take the call. He also exhibited the same courteous greeting and manner of speech on the phone like he did with us. After the short call, he came back to help us finish the process. I had a good customer service experience with Andrew and I strongly believe that he should be considered for any future promotions or incentive/pay raises as he well deserved it. He has a genuine devotion to serving his customers and giving them the best value-added service to them.

We had a great experience here with Andrew P. He was so patient with us while we worked out many kinks with our print order. While we were there, another gentleman came in and started harassing Andrew about a print order. He came in to the store ready to fight. It was so tough watching this man belittle Andrew. But he handled the situation in the best way possible. For that reason, I will definitely be returning!
