Everything went well until after the items rented were turned in. We had stains on two of our linens that we were aware of and assumed would not come out after a wash. When we received our final invoice we were charged for 4 linens instead of the two that we assumed we would be charged for. I asked to personally see which linens were stained and they were ok with us coming to their facility. Upon arrival my husband was then told that they were incorrect and we are only being charged for two. The owner, Scott, came back with a total of $50.82 it may not seem like much but when their invoice says that the linens only cost $13.32 each there is a problem with the calculation. Scott said that he did not charge us for the damage waiver but $13.32 times two plus $24.18(damage waiver) = $50.82. When we mentioned his calculations to him he then proceeded to tell us that it was a typo and whoever gave us that price was wrong. This price was sent to us via e-mail by Party Pro Rents staff. We shouldnt be charged for the $24.18 Damage waiver anyways because that was originally charged to us before the rentals were picked up therefore he was trying to make the charge to us twice. When we argued these calculations & said that we were not going to pay this due to Party Pro Rents making incorrect calculations Scott called the police & threatened that he would take us to court. This man handeled his business very unprofessional. All of his items were returned with no damage with the exception of the linens that we were already aware of and willing to pay the HONEST price for. Customers be careful of your rentals, dont allow yourself to be taken advantage of by this company.

They said they would deliver between 8 am & 5 pm. We did not hear from anyone, we called the emergency number on their voicemail and no one called us back. They finally showed up after 6 pm. One of the heaters we rented did not work. I called our rep the day of event to tell her and I did not receive a call back. I finally called them 5 days after I left her a message and they were not helpful at all. They said the heaters all work. Well, one did not work for my event and that is all that matters to me. So either their deliver person set it up wrong or they are lying to us. We got one to work properly so it is not like we did not know how to turn it on. I also rented a cooler for a keg. The keg did not fit in the cooler they brought us and the owner has the nerve to tell me kegs do fit in them. The one they sent was not big enough and especially not tall enough for either of our kegs. He also said that we threw the cooler at the delivery guy which is a complete lie. I rolled it towards him...there was absolutely no throwing. I am so disappointed in this company and I will never use them again.

NO NOT RENT FROM PARTY POOP PRO!!! Go to abco. Stephanie was very rude and condescending tone, even referring me as, "Young Lady," as she raised her voice. The day of my wedding they had not even had my contact information and forgot to write down where my delivery for my tables and chairs were. They had to contact a mutual friend whom we both knew. What if one of the workers didnt know a mutual person, what would have happened then. This is not the only issue, I had as they charged me for linens, where I was not at fault and did not even call to even let me know the funds were being taken from my account. As the owner it is in your best interest to get to the bottom of a problem and reslove it. This is not the case as Stephanies business practices are extremely unethical and unsatisfactory in the way that they conduct business. They are very unorganized and this is a huge problem. I do NOT recommend.

Terrible place. We rented 170 chair covers and sashes for our wedding. They gave us 3 different styles of folding chair covers when we told them we had banquet chairs. They also put napkins down for our sashes so we didnt get the original ones we wanted because they were already rented out when we called them to correct their mistake. When we called them about the chair covers the morning of our wedding they tried to put the blame on us even though we paid 700 dollars for their crappy service, thanks to our venue we were able to get some for free from them. Dont ever use these people. They are overpriced and their customer service sucks

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They had the wrong candelabras on my order and the only reason I caught it was because I called to add more. They informed me the rentals would be delivered the day before my wedding between 10-4 and I receive a phone call at 5:30 DURING my Rehearsal asking where to deliver the rentals after it was noted on the contract and communicated to several times. The staff never called back when I had issues. The accounting department was unaware of any billing changes or additions to my account constantly transferring me back and forth to different people. This place is overpriced and worthless. Dont use them.

I called 3 times trying to see if I could rent a tent and snow cone machine. The one time they did answer I was told they would call back after finishing up an appointment in 15 minutes. As you are guessing they did not call back nor did they answer the next day when I called. Do not waste your time. I have heard nothing but bad about this company and I am glad that they did not respond because I found another place that answered the first time got all my info and will be delivering my stuff next week. The way it is supposed to be.

Rented tables, chauffeurs, and chairs. Delivered early and picked up on time. The pick up time frame is rather large but the cans give you a more specific time if you call on the pick up day and ask.
