I recently visited The AAA rental facility in Omaha Nebraska and I must say I was EXTREMELY displeased to say the least. I had made an appointment ahead of time to take a tour of the showroom floor. Upon my arrival I was asked what brought me into the store. I expressed that I was interested in renting table linens. Her immediate (odd) response was, lets look at the price list first before we get started. She said that table linens start out at $4.00 a piece. Ok, no Biggie. Then she shows me a sample portfolio of the linens they offer. I expressed to her at that time that I was looking for a little more decorative table linen. Again, her immediate (odd) response was, those are gonna be more expensive.!!!!!???? At this point Im getting a little annoyed so she said she would bring what they had up for me to see, which was like maybe 4 table cloths . I let her know that I expected to see more choices, I was told Id be able to go on the showroom floor and have a plethora of choices. She told me the 3 or 4 she showed me was pretty much all they had. But that, there were a few more selections in the other room. So we go to the other room and I see a Beautiful table cloth. I told her that I really liked it.............Yep, her immediate (odd) response was, well those are $38.00. That was the Last straw for me. I expressed to her that I was far from broke. Money is not an issue for me. I said youve mentioned money several times to me during this short visit and quite frankly I find it extremely rude and degrading. I didnt get a, Im sorry, no, that wasnt my intent. Just a blank state. At that point I just let her know I wont be needing their services and left. I have never in my life been treated more rudely than I was that day. I was appalled at her blatant disrespect and would never recommend this business.

Had this company deliver equipment for my wedding. Everything I ordered was delivered on time, but the process before that was a little stressful. Had trouble finding my record almost every time I called in, and couldnt give me a delivery time until the day of the event. A little unnerving with planning a wedding.
