Ann Whittington organized, planned, guided, led, pointed, suggested, and when needed demanded the scope of mine and my daughters weddings. These events were a month apart and the venues could not have been more different. Mine at a ranch while the daughter chose The Houstonian. Different bands, menus, ceremonies, dinners, make-up, flowers, wedding party events, out-of-town guest management, etc. Not one problem! Every participant and guest said the weddings were the most memorible they had ever attended. Isnt that what its all about, memories? All of ours are GREAT! Some of the miracles Ann pulled off - a grand piano with candlelabras in a pasture; a pink Cadillac convertible on a days notice to wisk my daughter and her new hubby away; a lighted see thru dance floor covering a pool; trumpetiers to announce the marriage; seperate bands (which were both wonderful) for each wedding; soloists; cakes people WANTED to eat and good weather, I could go on. All this and it appeared to be effortless. I know better. Ann, Your the best! Dennis

Ann Whittington helped plan and coordinate our wedding two years ago, and I cannot say enough amazing things about her work to this day! Ive had several friends use her since then, and their weddings turned out incredible, too. With Ann, you just attend meetings she sets up (with fabulous vendors, by the way; she hooks you up with all the best!), choose what you like, and she deals with all the rest. On the day of the wedding, she told everyone where to be and when, and we just had to show up and have a great time! She took care of absolutely everything ensuring a smooth, beautiful, very successful wedding. I am always stunned to hear people who were stressed and frustrated while planning their wedding, and trying to finish last minute things even the day of the wedding when they could/should be relaxing and enjoying the day. My experience was so relaxing, joyous, and carefree thanks to Ann helping plan the wedding! I very highly recommend her to anyone who wants to enjoy the whole wedding planning experience!

Ann Whittington was our wedding coordinator in 2009 and she was absolutely incredible and our lifesaver! We brought her in with 4 months remaining and she tied up all of our loose ends -and there were PLENTY. Ann helped out in every area possible and provided her advice, expertise, creative direction, and most importantly, she became my voice when I didnt know how to articulate what I wanted. She took care of everything on our wedding day and shielded us from any worries. Ann is extremely personable and cares so deeply about her clients - she puts her heart and soul into her work. Not only was Ann our wedding coordinator, but she became my personal friend and confidante throughout the entire experience - we consider her a part of our extended family! I treasure my time with Ann because she rescued me during a very stressful time and truly made our entire experience so memorable and PERFECT! I highly recommend Ann to plan and coordinate your wedding - she is THE BEST!

I didnt think I needed a wedding planner because I wanted a simple, low-stress wedding that could be planned without a lot of fuss, drama and time. What I soon realized is that an experienced wedding planner is exactly what I needed to make this happen. Because Ann could recommend the best and most appropriate vendors for my taste and budget, I was able to get the cake, flowers, invitations, music and reception selected, planned and ordered in a series of short, focused meetings and a few emails. Our wedding was a warm, beautiful, fun event - exactly what I wanted - and Ann saved me considerable time and expense with her expertise, insight, good taste and great relationships with some of the best vendors in town. Everyone knows that an event planner like Ann is a must for lavish events and weddings, but Anns expertise was equally invaluable and a significant time saver for a simple yet elegant wedding and reception with no drama, no fuss, no worries!

Ann Whittington was the wedding planner for my wedding in 2008. She made the entire process run so smoothly. My wife and mother-in-law were so impressed with Ann, and she really kept them them stress free throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her contacts in Houston for venues, florists, photographers, videographers, cakes, and everything involved in planning the wedding were amazing. The team of vendors that she put together for our wedding was perfect, we couldnt have been happier with how our wedding turned out. On the day of the wedding she directed everything, and all we had to do was relax, and enjoy our special day. She did such as great job that we recommend her to everyone, and recently some friends used her for their wedding. Ann is a great person, and you can put your trust in her to help plan your special day.

The worst! She started helping me, even before I had ever hired her. Days would go by before she would ever get back to me. I tried many times to set a day and time to meet. Never happened. And then she had the nerve to get pissed at me cause she had given me help and advice, with no payment. I responded to that and again offered to meet. Said she would call me next day. Guess what? Nothing! DO NOT hire her!

I was quite impressed with all the "hats" Ann was able to wear while coordinating not only my daughters wedding, but another wedding in California at the same time. In a city as large as Houston, there are many choices in dresses, flowers, food, venues, etc. and Ann seemed to know them all! Everything came off without a hitch. We called Ann to inquire about her wedding planning services and she told us she could meet with us for a face-to-face 90 minute free consultation to discuss our needs. However, she backed out on that promise and stopped returning our texts and phone calls. I am not sure why she disappeared but I believe this is very unprofessional.
