I needed tables, chairs, linens and a tent for a party I was planning. After researching several companies including the big ones everybody knows, and reading all the reviews, it was the reviews about customer service that led me to call Avalon above the rest. Everything I read was true. Melanie does indeed know the meaning of customer service, in a time when that is increasingly hard (almost impossible) to come by! She took her time with me on the phone, gave me advice that was very useful in deciding what to rent, and she was so pleasant to talk to. Everything that was scheduled was done on-time and arrived exactly the way it was supposed to. Hate to say it, but actually just getting the order right is a big deal anymore. I even called Melanie on a Friday night after business hours to ask a question the night before my event, and she called me right back. I have no doubt Ill be calling Avalon every time I plan an event!!

Avalon tent rental has the best customer service. We are going to use them for an event in November and they have been nothing but patient and kind, throughout the many changes I have made to the proposal and the numerous questions I have had. Avalon Event Rentals is amazing. They have great customer service and some of the best condition rental décor in Houston. Their chairs and tents are white not beige and are not beat up. Their linens are clean, pressed and stainless. They show up on time and are very professional. They strive to make every event perfect for their client. We will definitely use them again.
