Madera Estates was the first and only wedding venue my fiancé and I looked at. We immediately fell in love with the place and the staff! Madera was designed by photographers, so everywhere you look is picture perfect, and the staff has decorated it beautifully. After Melissa Mandel, one of their wedding coordinators, gave us a detailed tour, we couldnt wait to book with them. We were blessed to have Melissa as our coordinator for our wedding as well, and we were thrilled with her! She is relatable, dependable, professional, calm but purposeful, organized, detail-oriented, sweet as can be, and determined to make your wedding vision come to life. I can never say enough positive things about Melissa. She went above and beyond every single time I needed her. She welcomed my hundreds of questions, always answering them patiently and efficiently. She also answered questions before I even thought of them. I was never stressed out about the wedding because I knew Melissa was incredible at her job. She could always put my mind at ease. Every little random idea I had, she would help me bring it to life in an easy, practical, yet meaningful way. She listened to my vision and made it her mission. She genuinely wanted our wedding day to be the most special day of our lives. She helped me communicate with the DJ, caterer, and bakery. Because she put so much time, energy, and consideration into my wedding, the day was smooth, calm, BEAUTIFUL, and I knew I didnt need to worry about a thing. Throughout the planning process, my mom and I asked Maderas manager, Amanda, many questions as well. She too was always willing to help and quick to respond. Madera has a breathtakingly beautiful bridal suite with plenty of mirrors, and a swanky grooms quarters equipped with a fuseball table, TV and video games. Champagne for the ladies, beer for the gentlemen, and snacks were served while we were getting ready. Madera offers outdoor as well as indoor wedding ceremonies. My fiancé and I chose to be married indoors in the Hacienda. The Madera staff set everything up, flipped the room for the reception during cocktail hour, and tore everything down at the end of the night. They also loaded all of our gifts into our parents cars. They sent us away with a to-go box of food, cake, and champagne. Maderas property is so expansive, there are endless possibilities for personalizing your day. We put a photo booth on the veranda above the grooms quarters, and a candy bar in the "VIP" room in the Hacienda. They let us decorate already gorgeous foyer however we wished. There is an outdoor courtyard that can be used for your ceremony, games during the reception, dancing, a fire pit, etc. There is a beautiful forest backdrop that makes for stunning pictures. The entire venue was available to us for engagement pictures as well as bridal portraits. Like I said, I would give Madera Estates 100 stars if I could! There is no place better. I cant recommend them enough!

My husband and I got married at Madera Estates a couple of weeks ago and the wedding was seriously a perfect dream come true! From the moment I walked into the venue the first time on a tour, I KNEW it was where I wanted to get married. For starters, the venue is absolutely beautiful and so picturesque no matter where you look. I called many, many times during our 18 month engagement and the staff there was always very sweet and more than willing to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel like I was bothering them. We were lucky enough to have Melissa as our coordinator and she was seriously a God-sent! She is so sweet, professional, and ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! Our entire wedding party, parents, and even our guests noticed how awesome she was!! We cant thank her enough for all that she did! Madera is also all-inclusive so that took a lot of the time and stress out out the planning process and the vendors they work with are all top-notch!! I cannot stress enough how perfect and beautiful our wedding day was and I know I owe that to Melissa, the entire staff at Madera Estates, and our vendors who worked so hard to ensure we were happy with every single detail! And we were! :) So many of our guests have mentioned that this was the best wedding they had ever attended! I can assure you that you will NOT be disappointed with this venue. BOOK THEM!! (Even writing this review makes me smile so big thinking about our amazing day!!)

This venue is absolutely perfect! It doesnt matter if your event is large or intimate Madera Estates can be modified to fit your occasion. My wedding was large, over 250 people. It rained and everything was moved indoors. The staff acted quickly and were curtious the entire day (even when things didnt go as planned... every large event will have these moments). They only hold one wedding a day so I didnt feel rushed/stressed at all. We were married in November of 2014 and people are still completing us on how beautiful everything was. I highly recommend Madera Estates for your event! You wont regret it!

Our wedding coordinator Staci was awesome. The venue is beautiful and very accommodating,. Amanda and Staci had everything under control. I did not have to worry or stress about a thing. The wedding went perfectly, which included the bride entering in on a horse, a great dane as her ring bearer, and other unique special features. This is an amazing outdoor venue with a gorgeous reception hall. They have a good attention to detail. Could not imagine having my daughters wedding anywhere else.

My daughter and I had a very positive experience at Madera! Weve been planning this wedding for over a year and everything went off without a hitch! Thanks to Melissa and Amanda for such a great experience. The venue is gorgeous and it was "dressed to the nines" for the night of the wedding! They also do a great job with the wedding party before the ceremony and the brides quarters and grooms quarters are very comfortable.
