joined Sky Fitness over 8 months ago. Paid several months in advance and signed a paper. Much to my surprise this was a contract for a monthly draft.. I explained up-front I didnt want a monthly commitment. Another month I gave Sky their ten days advance to Not have the draft sent to my out of state bank account. Instead I Paid fee in cash and in advance at the front desk. I was told my payment would reflect a credit. Instead Sky Fitness continued to charge me, and sent a draft for the membership fees out of my checking account. I was unaware and continued to use the gym. Four weeks later, my teen age daughter was Denied at the front desk acess to the gym. No apologizes of any kind. I stated I felt like I was important only as someone who pays, not as a customer. I was not happy, but continued with my membership. Today I left the building requesting a printed copy of their class schedule . I was thinking of adding another family member to my account. The young man informed me I had to go online. I asked Again from the young lady at the front desk. She informed me "We dont do that for customers." I told her that I was going to give it to a perspective customer for the. The incident humilated me to the point that I was explaining why I needed it. I just walked out and said "Thats it Im done." The lady was Confused Like why would you be So upset????? If it was too much of a bother I know of several gyms in town that will, Right down the road. They provide Free babysitting for young parents But it was Too much for me to ask for a schedul. Thats their Customer Sevice. They Think They Are The It Gym. But, they wont be Mine next Month. BYE SKY!!!!!!!! Oh if they mess up your payments they will offer you a drink, like bottled water. Thats service there!!!!! The two young ladies girlsare always sitting at the front desk and only get up to give a tour for perspective customers.

I travel for work a bit and cant find another gym like this ANYWHERE. They have great hours, excellent equipment selection, good class selection, plenty of space, very professional and helpful staff, clean locker rooms with functioning lockers, towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner/shaving gel/mouthwash always stocked...full-time cleaning staff... All the trainers are actually fit themselves, and actually know what theyre doing. I never had a billing problem, and they dont even bother pushing a contract on you. They charge more than their competition, and the members stay because its worth it. I cancelled once when I left town for a time, it took about 5 seconds. The only downsides are that the midtown location is overcrowded at peak times, and they use octagonal plates that are not ideal for floor-based barbell movements. Easily fixed by going to the south location and borrowing bumper plates from the Crossfit area (ask nicely if during a class--theyll be glad youre doing big bar movements).

Love this gym!! This gym is outstanding across the board and I feel completely confident referring people to Sky Fitness. They have two locations, both locations seem to be on the same page(cant handle companies with more than one location act like their in competition with each other. Sky is like the "Chick-fil-A" of gyms (consistently happy employees) Everyone seems incredibly friendly.... each position seems equally important as the next. True testament to great management and solid leadership, exactly what empowers team members to do more than just show up for work on time... they show up AND give 100% No script... just genuine generosity to their members.

I have been a member for over a year now and still love going. Used to be an Aspen member until they closed their southside location. Switched to Sky, despite the higher cost. But, just walking around inside, you will see where the extra fees are going. There are lots of little extras in the locker rooms, tons of free (to members) classes, tanning, and a spa. It is amazing! Not to mention, just about every type of weight equipment you could want is there--multiple instances of each in several cases. I feel like I am going to the spa when I go to the gym now. That was definitely not the case at Aspen.

My kids go to the kids zone when the wife and i exercise and they absolutely love it. The kids staff they have is excellent. My 4 yr old calls the staff his best friends, and the staff adore all the children there. This is the most kid friendly gym I have ever been to. Two things are holding the gym back from being perfect; 1) 24hr availability. 2) A swimming pool. However doing so would surely increase the price of membership. Other than those two things, the place is ideal. Very affordable, and very family friendly.

My wife and I have been Sky members for over 5 years now and in the last four, we have routinely used a trainer at Sky. We do weekly one hour workouts with the trainer and then try to get to Sky on our own at least three or more days a week. Both my wife and I have benefited greatly from the solid expertise of the trainer we use and I feel that I am in better shape now then 10 years ago. I give Sky a lot of the credit for that.

When I joined Sky Fitness and Wellbeing over a year ago, the place was really cool. In the last 6 months broken equipment, personal trainer no-shows, group class inconsistency, and general rudeness have been common themes. I have seen trainers play on their cell phones while training customers. The managment group leaves a lot to be desired. Great concept, but great excecution has come to an abrupt end.

Very nice facilities and a friendly staff. The price is better than most gyms with similar offerings and there are no contracts. Their kids area is amazing. My daughter loves to go there which makes it much easier to go. I could write a four paragraph review for Sky but really you just need to go there and check it out if you are reading this.

The staff are great! Always greeted with a smile on the way in and out. I never have to wait for a machine. My biggest reason for choosing Sky was because of Jeff Woodlee-Knox! He is the greatest spinn instructor. He makes a challenging work out fun and I leave his class feeling like Ive definitely met my fitness goal for the day.

Sky Fitness health club has a variety of equipment for toning muscles, cardio exercise classes, yoga, and pilates. At the Sky Spa you can get a massage, facials, pedicures, manicures, and other services that are available at most day spas. The facility is kept clean. The employees are pleasant.

Do not join this gym! Absolute scam artists! Will take your money. Poor excuse for management! Way too many gyms in Tulsa for this place to treat people like they do. Lets stand by and wait for this place to be out of business soon! Do yourself a favor and go to Lifetime!

This gym is refusing to let me cancel my membership over the phone or via email. They insist on me coming in to fill out a "questionaire" They claim if I do not cancel they will send every single month beyond this one to collections. Do not join, they will not you leave!
