I am currently a medical student, and needed a place to workout and relieve some stress. I have worked out at many different gyms, but not as welcoming as CrossFit Power Valley. The trainers truly care about their members, and invest personally into their success. I have made so many friends at the box, and watching other their success is great motivation. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else!!

We love the community weve built! Camaraderie, encouragement, a place for people to grow and get outside of their comfort zone. We dont claim to be the first, or the best, but we will say that were grateful to have the opportunity to change peoples lives and join them on their health and fitness journey.

Andrea and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, so the programming and instruction are great. But, the best part is the atmosphere. Every coach and member helps provide a wonderfully welcoming environment! One class and youll be hooked!
