I have been working with Brit for the past 7 or 8 months and it has been a great experience. Though I have been an athlete my whole life and always tried to stay active and in shape, as I got older I found it harder to find the time and to find something that was sustainable. I have joined gyms and have hired personal trainers in the past but was tired of the same routine, it was not working for me. I found Brit and decided to give it a try. Her style focuses on fundamentals that you can build on over time. I was not use to that, I thought I was going to get yelled at by a meathead to keep pushing for one more rep. If that is what you are looking for, Brit probably is not for you. However, if you want someone who understands life happens, understands that a sustainable fitness program has to fit into your life and someone who actually listens and customizes plans for you, Brit is the one. She holds me accountable but does not beat me up if I dont get all my workouts in. The best endorsement I can give is that what she does works. My flexibility and mobility have imporved dramatically. I can hit a golf ball longer and have much greater stamina. I have lost weight and inches and kept them off. What she teaches and helps you realize is that this is a lifestyle choice that is acheivable. I cant thank her enough for her coaching and support. I highly receommend her.

Not many people can say they enjoy their workouts. But I can. I always look forward to my sessions with Britt. When I was looking for a trainer, I was looking for someone very special - someone whose expertise far surpassed just a knowledge of fitness. I needed someone who could understand the extent of my back injuries and teach me to find my power and strength. I needed someone with a magic mixture of personality, enthusiasm, and wicked humor. To say she is amazing doesnt quite capture it. Britt is a gem. Besides being lucky enough to be her client, I feel even more lucky to get to know her. And yes, my results have been awesome.

She pays attention to your body, pays attention to you, and then sets out to amaze you with how good youll feel about yourself! And then shell make you laugh - she is hilarious! Britt is absolutely fabulous! She designed a program for me that is fun and challenging but totally do-able. After a few visits together I can now do the exercises on my own and then check back in when I need a tune up or new challenges. Treat yourself and sign up!
