I recently went to Firefly Yoga for my first ever yoga experience. I took a Yoga/Yoga Nidra class taught by Lynn N. I always thought Yoga was stretching exercises and just for balance. This class opened up a new world to me. Yoga Nidra was peaceful- a great way to end my chaotic day. The floor yoga exercises were simple, easy, and the instructor was a great support. There was one particular stretch I had a hard time with (due to a medical issue) and Lynn was right there to make an adjustment. The class was intimate and the room was warm & inviting. I would recommend this studio to people at all yoga levels and look forward to further expanding my experience with yoga.

This class was amazing! Im new to taking yoga classes (so Im no expert) and Aly was fantastic showing poses reminding to breathe and giving alternative poses. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO BRING ANYTHING! I bought a class card because I enjoyed my hour here so much. Namaste for all

I attended yoga here while on a business trip in Olympia WA and it was a great way to get away from the rain to relax and enjoy some peace. I learned some great acro yoga poses from the instructors there as well. Very helpful!
