Im not one to post reviews online but I feel the need to say something about my bad experience. I bought a Physicians Formula tinted moisturizer at this location. Ive been using the PF tinted moisturizer for a couple of years so when I bought the new tube, I didnt think TWICE about throwing away the receipt. 1 week later I opened the new tube and realized that the color was completely different from the norm. It appeared to be much lighter in color. When I took the tube back to this very location (where I purchased it 1 week prior) there was so much confusion behind the counter and one representative even said, "Oh, they must have changed their formula"... 5 minutes later, it was discovered that the two shades that PF carries had been "swapped" at the factory. There were still a couple of tubes on the shelf for us to compare. Sure enough, the lighter shade had the darker color in the tube (my shade) and the darker color had the lighter color. Even though the mistake was 100% obvious, the manager refused to exchange my item because I didnt have the original receipt!!! I couldnt believe what I was hearing... the customer service was HORRIBLE. I should say "customer NO service". The overriding lead team member and the manager were rude. They lost a loyal customer over a $11 item. I will never shop at another Ulta store again due to the lack of integrity. They obviously do not value their customers. Oh, and get this........they put the lighter labeled formula BACK ON THE SHELF that has the darker color in it. I said, "dont you need to contact PF about this error?!" and the rep said, "No, Ill just make sure the shades are correct next time....I do all the stocking around here"......

Will not go back. Treated my son and his friend like a thief. I usually spend a good amount on beauty products. Sephora had way better service and did not profile because of gender or race. Morons didnt realize that they were trying to shop for ideas for their mothers and girlfriend. I shouldve taken everything back, sent complaint to corporate about a month ago give or take and heard nothing back. I want an apology for disrepectful profiling of my son and his friend. Even though I will never return. Camera 5 was heard loud and clear, asked if we needed help way to much. Very overwhelming! I want to take my time and really shop. If the company is so concerned about theft then lock everything up and ask one of the prison guards if you have permission to look.

i agree with the below review, Customer service is not this store speciality. i called in to have them locate a specific bronzer for me. The girl said "Yes" they had it and it would be at the front of the store for me. i went over to pick it up, no bronzer at the front desk, when they called the girl who looked for it and located it for me, she hadnt brought up my bronzer, when she arrived said this is what i have. i asked if they had a different she said no and left. the girl behind the counter went on to another customer. Not sure i want to shop there anymore. It seems like my needs arent that important to Ulta, so Ulta cant be that important to me.

I have an expensive makeup brush that is falling apart (the hairs are falling out of the center). I asked for a replacement. Although I have been a card-carrying member for a long time, their computer only keeps the last 90 days of purchase records. So, without a receipt (and who keeps receipts for everything they purchase?) they couldnt assist me with a replacement. I feel their products are expensive, but have felt okay with the extra cost as I like talking face-to-face with the salespeople and getting their expert advice (which is why I gave two stars vs. one). Unfortunately, they have lost a customer.

I rarely write reviews but was really disappointed with the customer service. I was ignored..then when someone finally asked if I needed help she argued with me..then I asked for help again and there girl said "maybe ..but did you ask a cashier first" when it was a question about the product and on top of it when I checked out and asked if I could return something if I didnt like it was grilling me about the shade of the product and asking if they shade matched me. Just overall unimpressed with the argumentative and unhelpfulness of the staff. When I expressed my disappointment I got a blank stare.

When I went in I wasnt sure what I needed to get and I had a few questions. I looked around for anyone that might be able to help me and since I didnt see anyone I waited in a long line just to ask the cashier if she could call someone to help me. She called the only person that was on the floor to help me who is helping someone else. After waiting about 20 minutes and still not being helped I finally decided to just figure it out myself. I feel really unsure about what I got and Im very unsatisfied with customer service. I will probably be back but only to return what I got due to lack of certainty

The first thing that went wrong at this store was the super long wait to checkout! This store is always understaffed and to make matters worse there was a employee just standing there while all these people are waiting to be checked out and she literally just said "Im confused Im just going to walk around!" And left while there was literally a line of 10 people waiting. When I finally did get to checkout I was greeted by a very rude woman who just gave me dirty looks the whole time. The store was in total chaos and I definitely wont be going in there any time soon if at all.....

I understand the stress of working high end retail during the holidays. But I was there for about 20 minutes with my fiancé, browsing skincare products. I was asked if I needed help 13 times, but I just wanted to read the product boxes myself and decide what I wanted. After a while, "camera 5" was said over the intercom, and immediately 3 employees came over asking us what we were looking for, did we need help, etc. Yes, its expensive stuff, yes there were a lot of people in there, but I shouldnt HAVE to ask for help for the employees to not think Im stealing things...

Never coming back. Ive always liked ulta but after What happened to me not coming back. two employees assuming I was stealing when all I was doing was looking at shampoo. Being followed and feeling uncomfortable. first a guy employee coming to me saying where I left a concealer I had in my hand when all I ever had was shampoo and next this bigger lady saying that her friend( the guy) said I was taking a pallet? I felt so mad only for my race I was being accused of stealing? Never coming back

So awful! Pam, the skincare specialist I unfortunately encountered today was a total B word. I dont ever submit reviews because I have better use of my time but I want everyone to know that she is so rude! Came over to me and tried to tell me what product to get even though I knew exactly what i wanted. Then had zero product knowledge and kept contradicting herself. Do not try to help me when youre going to bash my skin and make me feel awful about myself! So ridiculous, GET RID OF PAM!
