Great price for a cut, and Ive loved my hair after every time I go in. A few of these negative reviews seem to be expecting high dollar service for pennies. Everyone is friendly, and they have cheap prices for good haircuts. I have curly hair thats difficult to cut, and am happy with how I look- theyve got experienced people here and Im happy to recommend them. My go to lady is Kristy. Shes amazing with curly hair, and all my sisters and mom with curly hair go to her and have been very happy as well. They welcome walk ins, but also book same day appointments (which I recommend if you want a certain stylist or are on a time crunch).

Checked in at the desk not expecting to wait long since there was noone in front of us, however after waiting about 30-40 min for the people in the chairs to get done two more people came in who apparently had appointments. So as they are getting waited on I ask how much longer and get told maybe another 15 min. I ended up walking out cause I was too irritated by that time to deal with them. They could have told me how long of a wait it was going to be in the beginning. Should not advertise no appointments and no waiting cause that sure is not what happened. Will not be back to this place.

My Mom discovered Michelle at perfect look and recommended I give her a try - I am so glad I did! I am not an "easy" customer because I like a combination of cuts that result in "mine". Michelle listened and is very patient and I am really happy with the results!

Wait time is OK but stylists at this PL turn over and seem very inexperienced - Ive gotten several bad haircuts at this PL. PL in Salmon Creek or on Chklov are better.

First of all i paid 16.50$ for a basically a trim. Second the haircut wasnt even that good, and the girl who cut it was using a broken pair of clippers.

Lack of customer service. No smiles. No greeting. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Walked out since theyre rude and unpleasant.

They can do pretty good, always follow my instructions, especially the more experienced. Price is reasonable for a cut.
