If this is a 5 star salon I dont want to imagine how all the other salons are. My experience here was horrible! No one mention on google review that I would have to be Inbetween mom and daughter drama while getting my hair done. Very unprofessional! I am a license hairstylist in California so I usually do my hair on my own. Mom gave me a price on the consultation and daughter(owner) wanted to charge me more when I arrived to the appointment. This time since I wanted a dramatic look I decided to go to a salon but they couldnt get the color that I wanted because my hair was too "dark". I payed $160 to end up coming back home looking the same as when I left. I dont mind investing as much as needed on my hair as long as it looks good. I called them the next day because I was very upset on how my hair turned out and they said all they can do is make it 1/2 color lighter and that if I want something else I would have to pay more. I was soooo disappointed with their lack of hair coloring skills that I decided to do my hair on my own. My hair lighten up so quick when I did it myself and it turned out just the way I wanted. Its very disapointing that they couldnt do that! I have lots of experience working with hair color and I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. I should of trusted my hair coloring knowledge and should had walked out of the Salon when they said my hair couldnt go any lighter.

Im new to the area and I wasnt sure of where to get my hair done.. I looked at several reviews of salons near me and this one caught my eye because of the reviews.. I will be honest I was a little afraid of new people touching my hair, but my hair was a disaster it was time for a change. The girls and the owner herself went over with a few ideas of what would look good and I trusted them.. I must say they do excellent quality work!! I was amazed of how my hair turned out.. And just the fact that it still needs 2 more sessions (highlights) Im amazed of how good it looks!! You girls rock!!! Im happy I dont need to shop around and go through hair dissasters before I find someone who can work magic, you did it the 1st try and Im beyond pleased :) thank you so much

I love this salon! The stylists are friendly, personable and fun to talk to. I have a fairly unique hair color and Ashley is the only person I would ever trust with it. I havent seen anyone else in 2 years. I couldnt ask for better prices, especially with the amount of time she puts in, and the fact that the colors she keeps in the salon are probably not used by any other customer. The process used to require bleaching and then coloring, which was timely but completely worth it for the results. Ashley discovered a single-step method, cutting the time I spent in the chair nearly in half. I referred a friend to the salon and she couldnt be happier with the services Ashley provides. Wonderful people. Wonderful salon.

Too much to say in detail. Did a bad job of cutting and coloring my hair. I wrote the owner, who practically begged me to let her "make it right", which apparently meant "talk down to me" and then CHARGE ME MORE MONEY TO "MAKE IT RIGHT"! AND then asked me to be sure and write a good review of them! I will NEVER go back there... And highly recommend others not go there either. YOU CAN DEFINITELY FIND BETTER, like the Aura salon in Canby. Only gave one star, cuz I couldnt give zero...

Elisha did an amazing job with my color and bangs! I didnt need a full hair cut, but will be going back to her when I do. She really softened my look and made it more natural looking, while adding some amazing highlights. I get compliments on my hair all the time and recommend Elisha to everyone. She has an amazing talent. I also appreciate the fact that her pricing is reasonable and she does not try to up-sell products and services. Thanks so much!

Both my daughter and I are "wash and go" kinda girls. Jessica gave my teen daughter a trendy layered cut that works great with her hair type. Elisha helped me transition from a long style with high maintenance color to a short style that is close to my original color. I spend much less time and money on my hair than ever before! Elisha and Jessica are professional and super friendly and really listen to what the customer wants.

I can absolutely see why this salon is so highly rated! Everyone is so nice and they really take time to know their customers. While I was there, they were having someone come in for a touch up and the owner did her homework before the client even arrived so she could just get started. I really enjoyed my experience and am very happy with my hair and the colors we chose. I hope to return anytime Im in town.

I highly recommend Havana Salon! Aaron is a wonderful stylist who is not only funny and personable but great at what he does! I came to Havana after not being pleased with the stylist I had been going to and now, I cant see myself going to anyone else but Aaron. He takes the time to listen to me and I feel beautiful every time I leave. Thank you! This is a great salon! I wish I had heard about it sooner!

me and my friend had an appointment at this location and I wanted a different couple colors and the lady said are u even gonna keep up on it I felt so bad and they werent nice at all :( so I just left with out the colors I wanted but then I went to Regis in the Lancaster mall and they had no problem doing the colors I wanted and I even paid more for what I wanted. really felt uncomfterble there

Even though I had a coupon from half price salem, I wasnt treated like a second-class citizen, and it enabled me to get a conditioning treatment that I would never have normally gotten. Elisha was very personable and made me feel at ease during my hair cut. She is quite knowledgeable and my hair looks better than it has in a very long time! I certainly plan on returning if I stay in Salem.

I highly recommend Havana Salon! I have referred my friends there, and they have loved it also. Elisha has done my hair for a few years. She is very helpful and actually listens to what I want. I have had some hairdressers who just do their "own thing." She did a Brazilian Blowout on my hair and it was a-m-a-z-i-n-g. I get lots of compliments on my hair. Thank you Elisha!!!!

As a tourist in the area I had a walk in appointment at Havana Salon today for a cut, base colour and highlights. Shea was my stylist, she asked me about previous treatments and what l liked and l am delighted with the result. Terrific cut and colour and nice to chat to as she was working. Nice relaxed, friendly and professional salon, highly recommend. Lorraine
