I dont want to give away my little secret haven - but Serenity Salon has to be the best Nail Salons in Salem. Danielle & team are great! Its definitely worth a try. It has a modern, clean, refreshing environment. Even better - they have those fabulous, massage pedicure chairs! Prices are very reasonable for the quality services provided (Pedicure/Manicure combos are only $35). Like most reputable nail shops, during your 1st visit youll need to purchase a kit (with file, buffer, toe separater, etc) for $5, that youll get to take with you and bring back for use during subsequent visits. Its worth a visit!

FINALLY found a salon that I LOVE!!! And better yet I have a very talented and wonderful hairstylist - Nichole Wiggins has been making me beautiful for a few years now! My highlights for my wedding were exactly what I wanted! She is so fun to go visit - - makes my experiences very relaxing and lots of fun....she listens to what I want and follows through! The front staff is always on top of it making appointments, assisting in rescheduling, and making sure I have my wine in hand. Thanks for the great service!

Ive gone three times, have had three different stylists, and cant find anything to complain about. They are very gracious and attentive at the front desk. The stylists Ive had have been great, they dont force conversation, but are still very social and lovely to talk to if I want to. They listened closely to what I was looking for and helped me narrow down my choices to something that both looks good and has the amount of maintenance Im willing and able to do.

My schedule is hard to work hair appointments around, so when I called Serenity I was shocked and pleased that they are open on Sundays as this is really the only day I have available. I have hard to cut hair and have had many stylists mess up my hair. Courtney did an amazing job on my cut and color and I am now making her my new stylist. I couldnt have asked for a better experience

I was looking for a nail place in an emergency because I broke a nail. I was so happy that I found Serenity they made me feel calm and collected and wonderful. I got my nail fixed and got all the rest of mine polished red and I went home feeling like a queen. Everyone should go to a place like Serenity.

I really like Serenity at Five Parks. I see Alexis for cut, color, eyebrow waxes, and eyelash tints. She is incredible and consistently great. The salon staff is kind and happy to be of service and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I highly recommend the salon & Alexis!

I got a pedicure with Ashton, who listened to my requests to cut toenails and nip gently hangnails next to the nails to prevent ingrown nails. I was pleased as my regular salon had just shut down and I get a pedicure once a month. Great Job!
