They call people in for lure-jobs with no real plans to offer them. On top of that, a ruthless recruiter seemed to enjoy telling displaced workers they had little economic value. I drove 40 miles round trip just to be told that my work history (which theyd already seen!) wasnt sufficient for the job. I witnessed it on the phone with another applicant while I waited (would have preferred that). Why make someone waste time and gas just to tell them to turn back around? It bordered on evil.

I came to Express looking to advance my career and find opportunities that would be beneficial to me. They work hard to identify which positions are going to be the best fit for your skill set and are your biggest advocates. I had a terrific experience and even referred two of my friends to the office and both were able to get jobs too! I am in an admin role and my friends are in driving/labor positions. Express has something for everyone! Both Faith and Lisa are great at what they do!

Dont let the name fool you theyre not as professional as you think most the jobs they offered me were near minimum wage, I asked for a raise and they said they would get back to me in a couple day. After a week goes by and not hearing from them once, I called them back and they completely forgot to even talk to anyone about it. after going back and forth for about a month and not getting any results I quit.

Horrible. Just horrible. I worked for express for a few months they put me in jobs where they was no training, no supervisors of any kind on site. Their office doesnt communicate very well. I was denied services after months of working somewhere else because of a no call no show but when I was with express my punctuality was top notch. Never missed a day that wasnt given the proper notice.
