I worked with Tim Sprangers @ Orin Rice. Prior to working with this company I had been applying and interviewing for jobs for 5 months. I received traction but never for any companies that I WANTED to work for. I had a lot of experience but it was very specific to a niche industry that doesnt translate to the rest of the world. Tim got my foot in the door to places that I couldnt and was not getting my self into on my own. The job I landed was at a place where I wanted to be but I was zero qualified for. The company would not have talked to me (and almost didnt) had Tim not pushed the envelope. In addition, I interviewed and asked for assistance from 3 other staffing companies. I was never even sent to interview or do a phone screen with these companies. So disappointing. I had two interviews in the two days following my initial chat with Tim. It is rare that you deal with people who are professional these days but I talked to Tim back and forth the entire time he was on Vacation! Highly recommend using Orin Rice (and do already).
