Do not use this staffing agency it is a scam! I tried multiple times to use their website to apply for a sales and customer service job I found online. After it kicked me out 3 times and erased my form I called the staffing agency to see if I could apply another way. They said the website had created a profile for me, but the 45 minutes I spent entering info repeatedly was a waste because they couldnt see any of it. Then she proceeds to give me an informal interview right then and there on the phone, and when I tell her I will accept temporary or permanent work but would like something at a pay rate comensurate with my experience long-term, she says that I should look elsewhere because they do not have jobs available at my pay rate or management level. Then when I explained to her I need work and am willing to work another customer service or admin based job for less money in the mean time she says she has nothing for me. Then when I finally ask if I can just apply to the job I saw posted online she says NO because it is below my pay rate asked for a long term position in a management capacity and refused to let me apply at all! I cant believe they wont let people apply for jobs because they have decided you dont deserve it or arent even the right fit in 3 minutes of talking to you about your pay. They are cheap! And they ask for your bank information to set up direct deposit and your social security number but I think it is all a scam- be careful about inputting your personal information on to their website!

I DO NOT recommend wasting your time with these jokers. High turnover for starters. I took time off of work to go meet with these people. I was told they would call me with info after they send my resume to a potential employer. Two days go by without a call from them so I decided to pick up the phone and call them. I got a bunch of excuses on how she was busy and she was waiting to hear back from the client and I would receive a call from her in two days and if not to give her another cal. Well two days past and I called her and got her voicemail. Another two days pass and I call to get her voicemail again. This goes on for a week. I left her at least three or four voicemails with not one return call. I am very qualified for the position I was applying for so I dont know why she wouldnt even call me back to let me know anything about the potential job she just vanished. Please dont waste your time with these jokers they are no help I recommend you go somewhere else.

Rude disrespectful witches!! Got rude and snarky on the phone when THEY called us. We were trying to figure out who they were and they refused to say what company they were. Remember they called us! After we asked for the billionth time who they are, the super snarky girl then told my husband that they had nothing to offer him for a job at this time. Even though THEY CALLED HIM FOR A JOB. My husband is a strong man. He has a deep booming voice. Little girls who think they are better then everyone due to the fact they hide behind a phone they can say whatever they want to people. My husband has 20 years experience working. He is 31 today! We just moved back to the Portland metro area and looking for jobs. I told him the second the little girl on the phone started getting attitude to not work for them. Then I started to look them up. This is my very first review ever in my life. Way to go!!!

Terra-ble Staffing group. If youre desperate like I was, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. After they claimed to make me their star worker and told me theyre going to work hard to find me employment with my specific skills/work history (inventory), I went on craigslist and applied to a couple of great inventory positions. Terra auto replied to both of my inquiries, but I heard nothing from them about these positions. So they had inventory positions all along, but now Im lead to believe theyre trying to blow me off, or they are just bad at their job. I spent a week on the phone with their receptionist trying to talk to someone about the positions. Either I got put on voice mail, or they would tell me someone will get ahold of me that day, and Id never get a call back. Im not sure what I did to make them purpousfully avoid me like they did, but it certainly doesnt feel good..

I would not recommend this staffing agency. If you have past experience they will still pay you minimum wage jobs. This staffing agency is very cheap. The jobs they provide never have an opportunity to move up within the company and become something better. When an employee also has a problem with and employer as of safety, pay, or ect... Terra staffing does not help the employee they act like they are going to do something but in reality never take any action. When an employee is not satisfied with there services they are quick to fire them and tell them to go look for a job elsewhere. This company may look professional but in reality its the worst temp agency Ive ever gone threw. I would not recommend going threw terra staffing. Its a waste of time.

I decided to come here after relocating from the bay area, and was pleasantly surprised. Upon arriving, I was greeted by an incredibly chipper receptionist. She asked me to fill out some forms and have a seat and a recruiter would be right with me. I did a short interview with the recruiter and went over my resume and what types of work I was looking for. The recruiter told me she had a couple positions in mind and long story short within a week I had a full time job. All in all a great experience, and I would recommend Terra Staffing to anyone looking for work and considering using a staffing agency. I am now a full time employee and was hired on to the company they placed me at.

Received a phone call from someone at Terra Staffing. They told my staff that they have been emailing me personally. My staff asked them to hold and they would check to see if I was available. The caller then rudely asked if they could "just tell them how many people we have working in the office." I have not been emailing anyone from Terra Staffing. My staff refused to provide the information they were asking for. The caller hung up when my staff came to ask me about the caller. Pretty telling....

Went in for an interview, they asked me about my last job, so I explained to them how my last job did not quite care about the well being of their employees and that I was being so overworked that I dislocated my arm and the area supervisor told me just to keep working and be careful so I gave my notice to quit because I wont work for a company who does not care about my physical well being. Terra told me they wont hire me based off that because I talked bad about my last job...
