This is the worst staffing agency in Vancouver! They oversold the job and under delivered. They told me I would be working at a friendly up to date office that was dog friendly. It was actually a micro-managed call center with one dog which belonged to a manager on an ego trip. When I called in to let the unnamed staffing rep know I was quitting she kept inquiring as to why. I asked her when I could pick up my check, and she said we would do an exchange on payday of my key card for my check. She got upset when I attempted to clarify the pay schedule, and told me I was going to HAVE to stop. I explained to her she had no authority to tell me what do. She then hung up on me after explaining I was not fired. This place prays on poor desperate people so they can manipulate them into working crappy jobs they take part of the hourly wage for. Also, VERY inconsistent on hiring practices. Some people had to take tests and others did not. Some people had to take U.A.s and some did not. Word of advice for Cody Staffing, without a staff, you have no job, so maybe you should reevaluate how you treat your source of income.

Awsome place to find work. I was out of work for 2 weeks before contacting Cody Staffing. I called on a Thursday afternoon interviewed with Jennifer friday morning and she had me assigned to a job 15mins after I left starting that next monday. I had an awesome experience the 7 weeks I was with them before finding my current job. Great place awsome people. Highly recommended. If for some reason I end up out of work again this will be my first stop. I see a lot of reviews on here where people are claiming Cody is a rip off and the 5 star reviews are "fake profiles and office staff". Im not fake nor am I office staff. I left Cody for a slightly better paying trucking job @ $17hr vs $14 from cody (still not bad pay). Those crappy reviews are probably from crappy employees Ive worked threw a few different tem agencys over the years and they are the best. If you work like your suppose to and do what your suppose to Cody will take care of you like any other employer would.

I absolutely love working for Cody Staffing!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were also insanely quick to respond. I emailed about the job I saw on Craigslist and within an hour I already had an interview setup. After the interview I was scheduled to start working the next day. It was a great experience. Billi Jo genuinely cares about finding people a position theyll really enjoy. I agreed to a position that seemed like a good fit, but turned out not to be. The moment Billi Jo found out I wasnt completely happy there she found a replacement for me and text me the location of the place I would be working at the next day. The communication is also extraordinary. Some of my coworkers who work for different staffing agencies have had trouble getting ahold of their point of contact. This never happens with Cody. Billi Jo responds to texts very quickly and when I call the office during business hours there is always somebody to talk to.

I loved working with Cody staffing. My experience was none less than extraordinary, they were very quick to reach out to me as well as very efficient when going through the hiring process! I went in on a Thursday and was offered work the very next day! The information they provided about the company I worked for was extremely accurate, and useful when I started that job. I would also like to mention how friendly the staff at Cody was, walking me through every step, and answering any questions I had for them! Along with very friendly staff, and being very efficient with what they do, I have yet to encounter a single problem on my paychecks, which has been a problem for me in the past with other companies! I will continue to use Cody staffing as my primary staffing agency, I always refer my friends to them as I know they will do an amazing job, and treat them as well as they have me!

At first when my friend told me to check Cody out i had that old familiar feeling when youre considering temp work again. My previous experiences at other agencies have been less than savory. I had to pinch myself a few times when Billijo literally had me working within 48 hours at a great company. I would have stayed but the girls at cody had some greater horizons in mind for me. Lets put it this way. When you can finally come to grips that codys staff are not all former supermodels. (For real theyre gorgeous) They score you a Union Job in your own Town!!!!!! Unbelievable. If you want to quit screwing around with your life and find a real job through the real Mccoy of temp agencies. Look no further than Cody Staffing. They could change your life. They did mine.

The worst experience ive ever had. Now if you need money right away id say take a job they give you but only for that reason. cody staffing is running illegal practices, taking your money, and not supporting their crew in any way. they shorted me over a thousand dollars and somehow managed to get me fired from where they had me working. even though the company wanted to hire me on. Baically its a scam.! i cant express it enough to you. it wasnt just to me either. everyone where i worked that was sent from cody was getting lied to and cheated on their money compared to the other temp agency workers. if i had the finances and time i would of sued them. you live and you learn i guess.. please though listen to this warning.!

I stopped here to fill out an application. I had no expectations as I have never been here. I am glad I listened to my instinct and stopped by. I was met at the front office by Angelica who was super friendly. I proceeded to an interview with Billy Jo after initial paperwork was completed. Billy Jo gets things done. I had a job interview within two hours of talking with her. I had another interview the next morning. I was hired and start my new job next week. I also met Lisa who is an account manager at the new job site. She is very professional and highly articulate. I wish I had discovered them a long time ago. They are by far the best Staffing Agency in Vancouver, WA. Thank you guys! You are all rock stars!

I had a wonderful experience working through Cody Staffing. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful in providing me with work. I have gone through other temp agencies in the Portland/Vancouver area, and Cody was by far the most efficient, and flexible when finding a job that suited my wants and needs. I never had an issue with paychecks or lack of job description. Cody staff was very thorough in answering any and all questions I had. I applied on a Monday and I was offered work the very next day, needless to say the application and hiring process ran quickly, as it did smoothly. I will continue to recommend Cody Staffing to anyone in need of work!
