Ive worked with dozens and dozens of recruiting firms over the course of my career. Its rare that one stands out above the rest, but EdgeLink is a very rare exception to the stereotypical recruiting firm. EdgeLink does their research into both the condidate and the client to create a great match, they listen to what you have to say about yourself and what youre looking for in a position. They dont just match keywords to resumes, there is a real process that takes place. All of this comes with a caliber of professionalism Ive not encountered in any other company in the industry. No other firm has even come close. Highly recommended!

EdgeLink is a terrible staffing agency--I tried working with them last year in what was many hours of my time wasted. Every staffer kept demanding to know my current salary, which has nothing to do with the salary of the next job. they never apologized for this gross violation of personal privacy. Worse, they would not tell me what the pay scale of any job i applied for there was. Rude, pushy, immature...words that describe everyone from their founders on down. They are on a permanent do not work with list for good reason. I wish I could give 0 stars

Thumbs up! Ive worked with several recruiting agencies over the past 15 years and Edgelink is far and away the best agency Ive worked with. The staff is *extremely* knowledgable and personable. I never feel treated like a commodity or business unit. Theyre very generous with their time and all of my questions are treated as important and are answered thoughtfully. They pay attention to what Im looking for and do a great job of matching me with positions that are inline with my skills and career goals.

Wonderful people to deal with.
