Keep trying to call, and they never answer. Every single message starts with "if you are calling about unemployment insurance, hang up and call....". Every.Single.Message. Of course, after several months, Ive never had the phone answered. Not one time, and Ive never (not once) had a phone call returned. Why have a telephone if you wont answer or return calls? Disconnect it-you dont use it to accept any incoming calls from customers/clients anyways. I would absolutely rate the service here an epic FAIL based on the complete lack of telephone etiquette. Just be polite, answer the damn thing.

Let me begin, when you get an actual human to talk to they are great. The communication and automated system is been very difficult navigate. I am currently on hold for 1.35 minutes to hopefully talk to a person that can help me. The Work source has good customer service as well but getting a human there is difficult, unless you go in person and even still not sure your issues can be fixed because they are not Unemployment. I feel for those that dont have a significant other, If I were a single parent this would be unbearable.
