I am very disappointed with this agency. I have called several times and intervied for positions and they dont follow up. I applied a couple months ago looking for work and called several times to follow up. Everytime i almost got accepted for a position it was a waiting game. I stopped going. Then decided to give them one last try. I spoke with Arianna she said she had a position for me and that i can start monday so it being Thursday i found daycare asap for that start day. She said to come tommorow (friday) at 11:30 to finalize my start date for monday. I get there and she says the position was filled....why have me waste my time and tell me i am starting just to tell me it was filled?... anyways i called her out on it and said you told me to come meet you for that position why did u give it to someone else? ...she lied and said i didnt talk to her. That i talked to the front desk. When thats funny because i waited 5 mins to get her on the line.....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. try allegiance staffing 2 blocks from them.

I recently had a recruiter name Ariana Cole help me look for a job opening through manpower and I wasnt able to get back to her on time due me not having access to internet. And I found out I am blocked through the manpower system. Im still currently looking for a job. And it upsets me that she will BLOCK me because I did not get back to her on time. I should have the right to work with manpower even if I decline a job opportunity. Isnt that what temp Staffings are for to help be there on your side no mater what . Ariana seems not a right fit for manpower . Because I worked with people at the tukwilla location and have never once been BLOCKED
