Orient installed a new panel in my house as part of a full HVAC upgrade project as a sub in 2012. They did the work and no issues. Here it is almost 2 years later and I call for service as there is either an issue with the panel or grounding issue somewhere. The first person told me it would be 1.5 to 2 weeks until they could get someone out to have a look. They never called or followed up. Sent an email at the 2.5 week time and got a call from someone who went on and on about how tough it would be to get someone out but promised I would hear from her 1 week later either way because they are so busy. Its been almost 2 weeks again and no call. They clearly have office issues and I even told them if you dont have the time thats fine, please give me a referral. No call with a referral or at all. I couldnt have been nicer to them and it didnt matter. I wouldnt bother calling them as they are far too busy to take care of their customers. Happy Holidays!
