Three bad haircuts. Ask for an inch and theyll take 4. Raised prices. Place smells bad. Bad service. Beer cans laying around. Foul heavy metal music. I cant take my kid here. Youll getter a better cut, price and experience at super cuts. I have a mole I always tell the barber not to knick, so they knick it anyway and I bled a little. I was short cash since they recently went up prices so I left my debit card with them so they knew I would come back. The big guy with massive things in his ears said "I wouldnt go to a diner and order a meal i cant afford" I told him thats very rude and Id like him to be professional and tell me what to do to move forward. I handed them my card, told them my card has no money on it and Ill return with cash so they CAN NOT BILL ME. Instead WITHOUT my legal consent they billed my card and put me in the negative. I called back and the manager said he doesnt care and Im 86d from all bishops and he will not give me my card back (felony). I threatened him with a lawyer and he said "I dont care do whatever you want" and hung up on me. I called the Raleigh hills location and explained everything. She was astonished this happened and said she contacted the owner. I have been waiting to hear back and have not so I decided to file a complaint with the BBB. The WORST customer service anywhere. Multnomah village is a nice sweet town and these are just millenial douchbag burnouts f***ing up everyones hair. And now this...

I went in for a skin fade. A very nice blond girl helped me, her name is Lex, i think. She screwed my hair bad. She went too high on one side and didnt do any blending at all. She used some cheap electric razor unstead of a razor and now i have huge bumps from ingrown hairs on the back of my head. Guys at work kept making fun of my hair. I was just bad. Yo make it all worse, she charged me $29 instead of the $25 listed on the board. I highly encourage that men not sit on her barber chair. A fade is basic and she obviously doesnt have the expertise. ):

Got here at 8:48 for a haircut. Both people working were standing around. Refused to cut my hair because they had closed their till. Their hours should say they close at 8:30 if they refuse to take customers beyond that. After I told them that we had driven from father away for a haircut, they were suddenly able to do my haircut. Not sure if the till magically turned back on or what. I refused them at that point, because so wants a haircut from someone who is pissed off at you?

Totally incompetent. Thats how I would describe the counter at this establishment. Is it first come first serve as the phrase "walk ins only" would imply or can you make an appointment? When youre in a hurry, and on top of the sign in sheet how can someone who arrived after you receive service first? If youre reading this and decide to offer your patronage anyway dont say I didnt warn you........ But me, Ill try somewhere else.

I went to get my bangs trimmed since they had grown out pretty long, just to cut them a tiny bit above my eyes, and ended up with an uneven cut that was far above my eyebrows. Not pleased with what I got, but I can make it work if I straighten it. The hair stylist was very nice though, and I know they put effort into it. Just not quite the look I was going for.

Nate, does a fantastic fade! Very attentive to detail and focused on the cut itself. Shop was busy with local patrons! Everyone seemed to be getting the service they wanted. I suggest calling ahead to see what the wait is. Average price with tip is around $38. Not bad for the quality youll receive! Will return!

Delightful woman cut my hair for a decent price, didnt ask if she could put dry shampoo in but did it anyway. Made my hair feel weird for the rest of the day, but my overall haircut was a pretty good one. Nothing but compliments from people about my hair

The negative reviews I see are some guy who takes his kid to a barber shop that serves beer and some other guy who thinks closing time means last call. You can tell when someone has never worked in service before.

Horrible service, drove here an hour before they closed just to receive poor treatment, and disrespect. Highly suggest you avoid this place because of the staff, and spend your money with legitimate barbers.
