Nerds does what I need: someone to mostly fix my goof-ups in my laptop. lol. But primarily I feel my computer is safer w/Nerds than without. Nerds is a great service if theres no friends/family to turn to for computer things. Nerds seldom talk over my head. They always remain calm when I get .. well, a little excited... when things go wrong. It does seem like theyve not enough techs for all the calls/chats they get, and calls often drag out for long periods of time. I dont like that I feel like Im communicating with a robot that has pat answers. Theyll show no familiarity or personality, even if youve been w/them a long time; strictly business so dont expect niceties in conversation. I still find it beneficial to pay the monthly amount for their services. I tell others to try Nerds, and in fact I have two friends who now have Nerds, on a monthly basis, on my suggestion. They too are satisfied, overall, w/the service Nerds provides.

My computer became locked up. There was number to call, supposedly from Microsoft. Well,obviously not! Finally I became uneasy and placed a call to Nerds. Robert S. told me I had been hacked, but he would take care of things. Robert called me back after an hour and a half to tell me he had taken care of things and while he did not think my computer had been hacked I should still be cautious and keep and eye on things. Nerds were so quick to reach me and also to work on my issue. Many thanks.

Weve used nerds on call for several years now. We are on the monthly program, and they are usually excellent. Occasionally there will be someone who doesnt quite measure up, but you can switch techs if you need to. Well worth the price to have someone at hand to help with all the sudden difficulties and walk you through learning new things. some months we dont need them at all, andsome months they more than earn their fee. We are very happy with them.

I have had a long relationship with Nerds on Call. I count on them to fix whatever gets messed up on our computers (My husbands and mine.) They are always very professional and courteous and they are really good at what they do. They make house calls when necessary, they set up whatever new screen comes our way. I highly and with no reservations recommend them. Five stars and they are worth every one.

I consulted with this company about building some custom computers for a business idea I had. They obviously told me they could do it but more importantly they ended up steering me away because for various reasons my idea wasnt going to work out very well. I appreciate honesty like that and I wont hesitate to come back for any future computer needs I have.

Ive used the nerds several times and have always been extremely happy. Ive had two different techs out and both have been extremely knowledgeable and fixed the list of problems I was having. Not bad for $95 bucks.I will be referring all my friends, coworkers and family to Nerds On Call!
