Wil, Amy, and the rest of the team at White Pepper were the perfect choice for catering our ~80 guest wedding. We selected White Pepper after being blown away not only by Wils sophisticated, beautiful, and delicious food, but also by both Wil and Amys knowledgeability, flexibility, and approachability. Leading up to the wedding, both Amy and Wil were very responsive to our questions and concerns, promptly answering our questions and providing helpful, insightful input from their collective wisdom and experience. The professionalism and responsiveness of White Pepper made our wedding easier to plan, and instilled confidence in us that we could pull it off! They made selecting rentals a breeze, and coordinated pick-up and drop-off for us, saving us beaucoup time and money. On the day of the wedding, Amy and the entire staff "hit the ground running," and managed to make the complicated task of perfectly setting the food, bar, tables, and decor look simple and graceful. They were wonderfully flexible and accommodating about our self-provided alcohol, creating a kick-ass bar (complete with beautiful chalkboard signage) in moments. They even saved the day when the groom forgot the bitters for his cocktail! We also self-provided desserts, which White Pepper graciously assumed responsibility for and displayed with their customary flair. White Pepper played an enormous role in facilitating the lovely, whimsical, and memorable wedding we wanted to present. We received dozens of compliments about the food and staff, but perhaps the most telling compliment is how much food there was left over from our feast...nothing! We could not imagine our wedding without White Pepper, and are so grateful for and impressed by every aspect of our experience with this wonderful caterer.

White Pepper catered my wedding last month. We were looking for family-style dining, and our vision for food was to bring our guests a taste of the Pacific Northwest, which they were perfect for. We had so many questions since we had never planned anything like this before. And during the planning process along the way, our coordinator, Amy was very responsive and helpful. The food was delicious - friends and family made comments on both the dinner and cocktail hour apps. I was concerned about serving chicken at a wedding (because Ive had bad/dry wedding chicken) but White Peppers was juicy and delicious. The reason Im giving them only 4 stars was that the vegetarians never received their special entrees that we had discussed with White Pepper beforehand. Given that 12% of our guests were vegetarian, and we had told these guests beforehand not to worry and that theyd have a special option for their dietary restriction, this was embarrassing for us and something that bothered me for a couple days after our wedding. When I let White Pepper know that I was disappointed about this, they didnt apologize or acknowledge their error and instead said "thanks for the feedback". Anyway, the damage was done and I apologized to each and every one of our vegetarian guests personally. Other than that, like I said, the food was delicious and White Pepper was very accommodating and helpful.

We cant say enough great things about Wil, Amy and the team at White Pepper that made our day so incredibly perfect! They were professional, accommodating and went above and beyond. Before we landed on White Pepper, Wil invited us to his home for a private menu tasting and by the end we were so blown away with the flavors and presentation that we cancelled our other tasting appointments and booked them then and there. Amy was responsive, flexible and super friendly - even though we were very picky (especially with our 4 craft cocktail recipes) and asked a million questions. They brought their chef on-site to cook everything fresh. The presentation was outstanding: custom chalkboard signs with art that tied into our theme, mix-n-match rustic serving bowls and plates. All of our guests loved the charcuterie and drinks during cocktail hour, they raved about the salmon, brisket and polenta and the late night chicken and waffle skewers were a huge hit! At the end of our event, they had carefully packaged our leftovers and sent us home with delicious reminders of our wedding that kept us full for the next few days. We felt so well taken care of, and absolutely confident in them that it made the day of that much better. If youre catering a wedding, look no further, book them!

White Pepper was the highlight of not only our wedding but also the planning period leading up to it. The food was phenomenal. The standard comment from guests was nice wedding, the salmon was unbelievable. I cant say enough about our experience working with Alyssa, in particular. She helped us with the room layout, helped save us money by advising on our rental agreement, contributed to our timeline planning . . . all of which was outside of their responsibilities. Their day of performance was incredible. They were extremely professional. One of the most vivid memories we have of the wedding was the way we were served. We elected for family style serving. Im not sure how to describe it and do it complete justice but when it was time for dinner, we were served like we were royalty and the entire room had food on the table within what felt like 30 seconds. Very highly recommended.

White Pepper was the caterer for our October wedding. We couldnt be happier with their partnership! The food is beyond delicious and the presentation is spot on! Our entrees consisted of chicken and salmon, both were so fresh and juicy. In addition to that, we had brussels sprouts, roasted potatoes and a side salad, along with bread. Everything was local and so tasty! White Pepper was also in charge of our bar, they created two speciality cocktails for us which were a huge hit, and served beer and wine. And last but not least, the people. Amy was with us from day 1 and we feel so lucky to have had her. She is so kind and easy to work with. Thank you White Pepper for making our wedding meal spectacular!

The White Pepper team was professional from the start, and made both planning our wedding meal and then enjoying that meal a dream. They were organized on all fronts and addressed questions we didnt even know we had about timeline, food types, and location needs for prep! The food was absolutely AMAZING, and we had multiple guests tell us that the salmon was the best theyd ever had. Wil and his team even made tweaks to our meal process day-of, getting salads on the tables during cocktail hour after our ceremony ran long in order to keep things running smoothly and get us to the dance floor on time! I would recommend them 100 times over!

White Pepper has catered multiple events for me now and they have exceeded every expectation at each one. First of all the presentation is always beautiful and includes hand written labels for each dish on kraft paper. The food itself is imaginative, local, and delicious. Guests are always impressed and comment that they love the food. Their prices are very reasonable for what you get. Wil has been so wonderful to work with on putting together menus and making changes as needed to create the perfect final menu. I cant wait to have them cater many future events!
