As You Wish NW made our wishes come true. My wife comes from a large family and you know what that means. A large wedding! As You Wish NW was able to cater our 400 person wedding for a reasonable price. Appetizers, entrees and dessert, everything was delicious. Full bellies and full hearts, our guests were more than pleased with the meal they received. Cindy was extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our wants and desires. She runs a wholesome family business that truly cares about customer satisfaction. If you want to be treated like a family member, receive a reasonable price and have someone bring peace of mind to you on your special day. As You Wish NW will exceed your expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have had the pleasure to attend events catered by As You Wish NW as guests and we have been able to work with them on a few events through our business. We couldnt be happier with the quality of the food, the amazing service, and the way this family owned business treats us like family too! Each event we have attended has had a different theme for the food served, and each one was nothing short of delicious! We have one unmarried daughter and when they time comes to plan her wedding, we will be calling As You Wish NW Weddings and Events.

Served French Dip sandwiches, the Au jus included was less than enough for a half sandwich. The rolls used for said sandwiches had been smashed and were crumbling. Chicken Caesar salad had soggy croutons, pieces of chicken were few and far between as well as each piece being a mouthful rather than a bite. Buttered red potatoes were delicious.

This caterer is great no venue is to small or big and they can be self contained if need be. Their food is outstanding and they are able to provide any menu "as you wish". I would highly recommend As You Wish Catering to anyone looking for a caterer.
