I wouldnt recommend Maison Blanc to anyone. They catered my sisters wedding in Easton, and despite months of careful planning on her part, the food service (station-style) was a complete disaster from beginning to end. First, dinner was ridiculously slow in coming out, so that many guests were left waiting 45 minutes or more to be called up to the stations. Then, the caterer quickly ran out of many dishes, so that guests were trying to cobble together a meal from random odds and ends that were left. With half the guests still standing hungrily in line, Maison Blanc ran out of pasta to go with their sauce; when a server was asked when more pasta would be coming, she said breezily that theyd just put some more on and it would be out in 20 minutes or so (!). And my sister paid top dollar for a "dessert table" that turned out to be a small tray or two of petits-fours-- this for a reception of 175 people. It was pretty clear to everyone involved that Maison Blanc tried to cut costs by under-hiring servers and under-preparing food for the reception... either that, or they were too clueless and disorganized to know how to handle even a completely average mid-sized reception. For what claims to be a gourmet catering service, charging premium prices, this treatment was completely unacceptable-- and it pretty much ruined the reception for the mother-of-the-bride and bridesmaids, who had spend dinner running frantically in search of servers and trying to console ravenous guests rather than enjoying the celebration. I wouldnt wish an experience like this on my worst enemy. Think twice before engaging Maison Blanc to cater your event!

Maison Blanc catered a family event for us and was honestly a bit of a disaster. Things started off with noone showing up at the appointed time, and after two hours of waiting, no call. This was after multiple confirmations and a visit to check out the setup. Excuses were given, with a different excuse each time, and finally someone came, but without any food or equipment. In the meantime, we had bought food to at least have something, and they ended up serving this. After another hour plus of waiting, the remainder of the staff arrived with the food. At this point, guests had been waiting for multiple hours. Eventually the food was ready and while it was ok, it was not stellar. The fajita station was fairly good though. Several food items ordered never materialized. There was also no attempt made to rectify the situation and service seemed grumpy the remainder of the event. When leaving, they took the majority of the leftovers rather than leaving them as had been agreed. With food that wasn’t terrible, a little bit of apology or rectification of the situation would have gone a long way. Instead, an event that was otherwise fantastic has a bit of a dark shadow over it.

Our wedding was catered by Maison Blanc and we couldnt have been happier! The cocktail hour and appetizers were amazing and they even catered to the bridal party away from the reception area which was awesome so I really felt like I didnt even miss cocktail hour! The food (served buffet style) was all so wonderful, guests still comment on it and wanted recipes as well! From start to finish their event coordinator was more like a wedding planner and orchestrated the DJ and other aspects so I didnt have to worry about it. Very happy with our experience and highly recommend!

Maison Blanc catered my wedding and everything was exactly as I envisioned it would be -- in fact even better. They worked with my budget and provided an absolutely delectable meal and beautiful presentation. The staff was so attentive to all my needs and desires and made everything come together. Beautiful and tasty cake, delicious food, eye-catching decorations coupled with a friendly staff and reasonable pricing -- what more could you as for? I would recommend them to anyone!

I recently attended a happy hour catered by this company. It was less than good. The cupcakes presented were past stale - and they had the nerve to be promoting them! Yuck! Most of the rest of the food was lack luster and not well presented. Id find another company before I used these people for anything of any importance!
