They catered my wedding reception and it was quite literally the BEST wedding food Ive ever had! I am vegan and wanted all vegan/vegetarian food and they were spot on. Most of my guests were meat eaters and everyone raved about how delicious the food was for days. I left most of the menu up to the wonderful catering team because they had done so many vegetarian weddings and I was not dissapointed. It was a very cold day and the food was warm and filling. The display was gorgeous and provided just the addition I needed to make my small, in-home reception feel professional and pulled together. One of the caterers even called me the day before my wedding to ask me if I wanted them to make a pot of warm crab chowder so that my guests would have something to warm them up because the wedding was outside and extra chilly. I, ofcourse obliged, thinking of my non-vegetarian family and it was the best decision! That soup was the hit of the event and my friends were fighting over the last serving of it. Kickin Crab Chowder that they apparently loaded up with crab meat! I was very impressed with how smooth the whole process was from help picking out a menu to the setting up and breaking down! They are a class act business who make you feel warm and treat you like family...I cannot reccomend them enough!!!

Lori, Kelly and Tania were a delight to work with while planning for our four office Christmas parties, all held simultaneously. We had between 20 - 30 people at each of the parties at our offices in Chesapeake, Kempsville, Haygood and General Booth and knew this could be a difficult task. Lori and Kelly were in constant in communication with me, and gave me their expertise advice during the planning phase. Delivery and setup was exactly as promised and on time. Our event was a success! If youre looking for a caterer, I can highly recommend Yummy Goodness Catering Co! Not only was their food absolutely delicious ,wonderfully consistent and ample amounts on each plate, the staff was great to work with especially under pressure. There was a bit of chaos in the beginning with several unexpected guest showing up and yummy worked with us so well under what could have been tense conditions. Kelly and Lori are fantastic. Kelly called this morning to ask to share my thoughts and wanted to make sure we were pleased. Truly an excellent experience! Check them out! I will be certain to use their wonderful services again!

My husband and I recently had our wedding celebration in the Virginia Beach area, and we couldnt have asked for a better company to cater for our celebration. Despite Hurricane Matthew, Yummy Goodness was professional, kind, and brought their A++ game to our celebration. They worked with us when times were difficult and more than made up for difficulties with travel. Yummy Goodness catered a work function and I cant begin to tell you how good it was!!! From the crab cakes to this stuff they call bacon jam it was all awesome. They even make their own cheese and petite desserts. The staff was wonderful and on top of everything. I cant wait to have a reason to hire them!! I got to the meet the owners who were very personable and answered all my questions. All and all it was a very well run event and look forward to working with them in the future!

We had our last Super Bowl party catered by Yummy Goodness and the food was excellent! All of the food was so fresh and delicious! They had it delivered to our house right on time for the start of the game and everyone at the party loved all of the food. The presentation was perfect! Yummy Goodness was not only crazy delicious, but also demonstrated 5 star client service throughout the planning and day of. They were also priced very competitively, so I was able to afford the high quality, local food I wanted for my wedding. All guests wanted to talk about was how good the food was -- they couldnt get enough of the crab dip, fried green tomatoes, risotto cakes, and shrimp shooters! I cannot recommend Lori and Kelly enough!

This place is amazing! The people are some of the nicest Ive ever met, the food is outstanding, and their kitchen is immaculate!! Yes, Ive been in the kitchen and it was the cleanest Ive ever seen! The owners keep it in great running order, making sure that after everyday the kitchen is wiped down and scrubbed to their standards. The tables shine and the floor gleams with a kind of cleanliness every kitchen should have. :)

Everything is top-notch, including their service. Very professional and fun to work when we were planning our event. The gourmet grill night we ordered for our family from out of town was perfect. The orange crushes were delicious and the steaks were cooked to perfection. The food is amazing...displays are absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend for family gatherings or celebrations.
