I attended a party at a friends house and the food was provided by Simply Smooth. We were served several deep fried hor doeuvres, then had to wait forever for something healthier to appear, which was not worth the wait, nor was it "healthy", but at least it wasnt fried. Coffee service was provided, but the containers were not labeled so I didnt know which one had caffeinated coffee. They ran out of napkins and had to use paper towels. The "dinner" consisted of hot dogs, chinese noodles, and chip steaks....The overall theme of the food didnt relate at all; it was as if they wanted to clean out their inventory and serve whatever they felt like. They spilled grease all over the floor in the garage and did a terrible job cleaning it up. I didnt have the heart to tell my friend that she wasted her money on this company, but I know I wont be using them for personal or for corporate events. Ive seen my daughters serve more cohesive snacks to their 4th grade friends. I would say SKIP IT.

Simply Smooth did my wedding and I was very happy. I got lots of great feedback on the food (especially the hour dourves) and what I actually got to eat (what bride gets to eat at her wedding!?) was very, very good. My flowers were amazingggg! Loved! One reviewer said that Laurin is hard to work with. I didnt get that impression. I think that he does develop a clear vision of what he thinks would be best for you and your event based on what you tell him you want. Some of it may work for you and your budget, some of it may not. In the end, I felt he did everything I asked and created a great event within my budget. I absolutely loved my wedding!

Worse. Caterer. Ever. I have been an events planner/coordinator for quite a few years both in PA and in Nashville, TN. Simply Smooth is completely unprofessional and talked over me. After the bride had to change their venue (separate issue) the amount that Simply Smooth asked in payment was too much and they were too high maintenance. I called to cancel the event with Simply Smooth, reminder, no contract was ever signed, and Laurin yelled at me over the phone and insulted the whole thing. NEVER EVER use Simply Smooth. They are not the best despite what they think and their customer service is worse than Walmart.

Hired for wedding transporation. I personally called a week before the event to confirm day and time of pick up. No limo showed up for any part of the wedding. No one picked up the "emergency" phone number. 2 weeks and multiple phone calls later I personally drove to their place of business. Laurin was very apologetic and refunded my money. The reason for the limo not showing was a medical emergency. Ive made my peace with his explanation. Importantly, the lack of contingency planning and highly unprofessional communication on Simply Smooths end will prevent me from reccomending this company to anyone.

My husband hired this company for my last birthday - what a night! They picked me up in a limousine, something Ive never done before, took me and two girlfriends to a spa for the day, and when we returned, 40 people were at my home and the party was a blast! And here I thought the spa was my gift! The driver was professional and the car was fun! The food was outstanding and the three staff people, (Stacie, Jody and Jeff) were so helpful. I cant wait for another occasion to have a party - this is the only company in the Valley Id hire!

My daughter Taras wedding was held last Saturday 10/22/16 at Miller Symphony Hall. Simply Smooth did the catering. It was amazing. Laurin and his staff did awesome job. Laurin walked us all the way through with every detail my daughter and her fiancé wanted. Our tablecloths to our chairs to the amazing food was over the top. People raved to my husband and I all night. We are still get messages on the memorable evening. If you are ever need of a caterer, please do not hesitate to use Simply Smooth. MOB Trish Kutzor

Amazing food! Laurin and his staff were great. I picked Simply Smooth for my outdoor summer wedding and Laurin knew my vision before I did. Everything came together perfectly. On top of people raving about the food, Laurin was able to help me pick tables chairs, linens etc.. and have them delivered at a reasonable cost. The mahogany farm tables were gorgeous and the silver candelabras made our tent look so romantic. I can not thank them enough for the perfect wedding.

The owner is impossible to deal with. Hes forgetful, completely disorganized, and the tasting I went to was not the food I received at all. Its as if he hired someone else to do the tasting, then left it up to prison cooks to do the reception. No thanks.

Made an appointment with this caterer and he never showed up for it. After calling to try and find out what happened and make another appointment, I never got a call back. Terrible customer service. I will let my friends know to avoid this one.

I made a bad decision based on promises that went unfulfilled by the owner of Simply Smooth. The food was NOT what was promised. I should have listened to all of my friends when they said to use Maison Blanc!
