I would honestly rate lower but I cant. I got a teething necklace for my baby that I was saving up for because it was more expensive made from all-natural material and I was really excited to get it and waiting for her to finally get a tooth. I ordered it, it was a small package on its own only 1oz, it came with a larger order off of Amazon tracking USPS. the mail carrier claimed it was delivered into my mailbox as it stated online as well at 10 a.m. I checked that afternoon no more than four hours later and it was gone nothing was in there. the package from the rest of the order was there but the necklace that was iniys own envelope was not. I called the post office and they said that the mail carrier distinctly remembers placing it in my mailbox that it was a small little package and that if it wasnt in there then someone must have stolen it. I said to the lady why would they steal a tiny itty-bitty little package that wasnt even visible from the street because it was inside my mailbox but they didnt take the Amazon package with Amazon written on the box that was visible from the street yet they only took a tiny little one ounce package out of my mailbox that has a cover over it so no one could actually see it but then leave the other package? that makes absolutely no sense, the woman was no help she said "I dont know what to tell you maam call Amazon and tell them that it was stolen" and I tried explaining to her as soon as it leaves the amazon facility it is the USPS responsibility to deliver it and that even if he scanned it at the house maybe he accidentally put it in a different persons mailbox regardless its still their responsibility and the lady said "I dont care, its not our problem, gos tracking said he scanned it at your house. its your problem, it happens" that was her response, it happens, and Im sorry but $25 doesnt come around in our family very often to get new things with a new baby and it may seem small to some people but the fact that they claim that this little tiny package was stolen but the other Amazon package wasnt miraculously and its not their problem because their mailman did what he needed to do and its my problem now is ridiculous. The big kicker is we were home I heard the mailman I just didnt go out and physically get the mail until a few hours later so how was it miraculously stolen but the other package was left as it was while we were home?

They deserve zero stars. The delivery driver is a older man, who is extremely lazy. Heavens forbid there is ANY snow on the ground...nope no mail for you for days. Do you expect your packages handled with care? Nope not by this old man, he drops all the packages and kicks them In place with his foot on your doorstep. When you call to ask where your mail has been for the past 3 days, expect to get an attitude because the female behind the counter always seems pissed off.

We have lived in the area for 28 years. We have had no complaints on the service. I called today to resolve an issue and Post Master James was polite, respectful and apologized for the mix up and we are hopeful that the issue will be resolved. I know its hard to please everyone but before you give a rating try to work with the business. They are there to help us.

Lazy postal carriers. Sometime dont get my mail until after 7pm. Also they will say they tried delivering your mail but never even stopped by the house. Absolutely horrible service.
