Moved here 3.5 years ago. Hands down, this place is a time machine back to the early 1900s along with similar service. Theyve lost my packages, damage stuff, delivered mail soaking wet. Not a single modern Post Office amenity or even one from the 1950s. You cant even buy a stamp from a stamp machine. Horrible services. AND its in the middle of HWY 22. They unlock the doors late. Have not a care for stocking supplies or even a working PEN. This is a 3rd world country. At least provide a SINGLE shipping/mailing KIOSK like every other post office Ive been in the past 5 years. Im sure once they read this, I will never see my mail again.

Came here instead of going to the one in Stewartsville (hometown) because of distance but every time I come the lady at the front desk with curly short hair is so nasty. I barely ever mail any packages but I sold a couple of things so I went there clueless and all I asked were a couple of questions for guidance and she was rude, nasty, and unhelpful. I thought it might have been because she didnt have a good day but I stopped 3x more later that week and was attended by the same old grump. Even my 7 year old son walked away and was asking what was wrong with her. I honestly dont even want to give this place a star.

We were there just last weak. Well..... let me tell you the lady at the front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. We walked in went to front desk there was her and another guy he was actually waorking she was standing there leaning. She did not even greet us or anything. The guy had to put down his work to say hi can i help you. She should not be working there at all. Now myself being out going and full of life would like to have her job. She should be lucky I am not her boss because she would have been let go. From now on I will take my business to another post office. Ups sounds good.

Ive been in this post office multiple times to mail packages to another state and sometimes international shipping. The employees there are just plain rude. They answer "YEP"s when I asked them serious questions regarding to packaging and prices. The last time I went to ship a package international, they didnt even ask what kind of option of delivery would I like. I SEE IT ON THE SCREEN there was one for 16 and one for 25. Without asking, she just press 25 and told up to pay up. I did not want to argue over a few dollars but that is just unbelievable.

The worst post office Ive ever been to. The woman at the front is a curmudgeon. She is also unable to comprehend simple requests. She also makes up things such as, "there is no supervisor here after 5" and "the mail carrier is changing the lock now". It took 11 days to get a key made for my mailbox. Then I was told daily it was being made. I went to this post office 5 times to resolve this issue. Youre better off going anywhere else but here . I know it is tempting because theyre open until 6 PM, but they are incompetent so it doesnt matter.

Horrible horrible horrible, lady at the front desk needs to be removed from the customer service portion of her job. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Why would a post office continue to have such bad reviews on one person but she is still up front. Will never go this post office as long as she is there. Its scary to think she is the most friendly person on staff they could find for that position.

Apparently the "passport lady" only works from 10-12 and gets an hour lunch break! This is the worst customer service Ive ever received in my life! Its just a shame that this is how our tax dollars are spent, and then postal workers whine because theyre shutting down all of the post offices. Ive called 4 times to get an appointment for a passport to no avail! Absolutely pathetic!

Never had a problem with this post office. Always greeted nicely and they even intercepted a letter that I mailed and needed back, they called me when it was returned to the post office for me to pick up. Sometimes the lines are a little long and they should put another person upfront, but this is rare though, they usually have 2 or 3 people working at rush hours.

Accidentally sent a package to my old apartment, came in to ask them to hold it for me so I could pick it up the next day, they took down my info, said theyd call as soon as it was in hand, no problem. No call, came in the next day, told me package was gone. Desk employee was rude, supervisor who took my info clearly did nothing about my lost package.

They lost my package and said it was undeliverable when I was home!! I spoke to corporate and they said dont worry its there and that it will be taken care of, yet the supervisor at the local office said she does not care about my package and I will have to re-order my $300 package. ABSOLUTELY WORST POST OFFICE IN THE WORLD

The first time I went to this post office, I was so in awe of the architecture that I literally forgot what I went there for. Absolutely gorgeous building. The staff itself was friendly and helpful. A lot of these post offices are poorly managed and understaffed, but I would say Pburgs post office is doing okay.

Incredibly unhelpful, unfriendly, and rude staff make this convenient place worth passing. Ive ended up going to Stewartsville a number of times, which is farther, to not have to deal with the terrible front desk people at this location. And I do it gladly.
