I was interviewed there and advised that Coworx did hire staff with criminal background, I took customer service testing, as this is the field in which I have been trained and have experience. After testing very well, as I was told for all intents and purposes to wait until my background check came back and Id be offered a position. I waited, and roughly two days later was told I was hired and given an orientation and training schedule via email. That is, until roughly five hours later, when I was told my background came up as a negative, AFTER I had already been offered a job, one I was clearly qualified for, had experience in, and tested positively for. This is also AFTER being told the company hires employees with criminal backgrounds, mine being a misdemeanor from over five years ago. It left a bitter taste in my mouth, and definitely gave the impression that the left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing at this branch.

This was during the hiring process. I found the place disorganized, unsanitary (house centipede crawling on floor, dust everywhere and trash all around the outside of the building), with unprofessional staff ( a lady kept rolling her eyes when I needed help, and she thought I was a liar when I told her their system was down and avoided assisting me). Potential employees were saying profanities just a few feet away from the staff. Not to mention two guys tried flirting with me while walking to my car. They scheduled me to go back but I could never return there.

I worked my but off for this company that required us to sell on every call i only took the position because it was a sells position and they had a commission for it however they cheated me out of my mouth of septembers comission all im saying is i dont blame synchronoss technologies at all but i think the need a more suitable recruiter

They are a joke and a half. I worked for the company for 4 years. Messed up pay all the time, seems like they made rules up as they went along. They stopped accepting doctors notes so we got penalized every time we were out even if you were seriously ill. No paid time off or sick days available.
