Im writing this on behalf of my boyfriend. Jacobia was his agent here and she elaborated during orientation about how she was an advocate for them (temp employees) and to call her if they are having issues with a placement site. I had military training in which I needed our family car to attend. He told his managers on his first day of work about the training I had and he (boyfriend) even offered to work extra days to make up the time but he was penalized (They utilize a point system for temp employees). I even went as far as obtaining a lettering from my Commander and he was still penalized. On a second occasion, he had to miss the last 15 min of work in order to go to doctors appointment. They penalized him for that as well and Jacobia was no where to be found in either instance as we left many unreturned voice-mails and emails. He was let go the following week. The only reason I didnt rate 1 star is because Jacobia finally decided to re-emerge from the dead today with a new job opportunity.

Been working for them for years and since Jacobia left, i cant even get a job. Terrible. Kathy lies to me over and over and says theres no jobs when i check the webside everyday
