The people at Monarch Staffing- Jen, Debbie, and Karen- have been so helpful in finding me a job. They gave me suggestions about my resume and let me know what was important to tell employers. They really care about you and realize how important it is for you to find a job. If it takes them time, its only because they really try to find the right placement for you. They found me an awesome temp job that fits my experience and challenges me at the same time. Cant wait to continue working with them in the future!

The recruiter that works there has a very degrading in nasty attitude. Not only is she ignorant but she is very unprofessional. I dont see how anyone would want to work there if she is the initial face of the recruitment process.
