I am a student at Lehigh University and needed to get some basic body work done on the front and side of my car. After doing thorough research and getting several estimates, I decided to go with SMK and couldnt have been more pleased with my decision. I dropped my car off on a Monday afternoon and it was ready Thursday that week (as scheduled). Not only did SMK do a fantastic job but they also buffed and cleaned the entire outside of my car! Some other reviews have stated SMK is a bit pricier than other auto shops in the area and while it was one of the higher estimates I got, the quality of work and level of customer service was well worth it. Hopefully I wont need any more work done on my car anytime soon but if I do, I will be giving my business to SMK.

The reviews here had been so good regarding SMK, I thought it would be a good choice. Upon my initial visit, I was shown the problems that needed to be addressed in the proper manner. And how other body shops probably wouldnt do it this way. When I went to pick up the car, the specific manner in which I was told the repairs would be performed, werent. It was apparent that maximizing profit by way of the insurance check was a concern. Dont get me wrong. To the naked eye, the car looks fine. Are there flaws I found? Yes, but nothing Im not prepared to live with. If youre looking for relatively inexpensive autobody repair, this may be your spot. But as far as superior work? Hmmm.

Great service! Very experienced. Professional and courteous. After striking a deer on I-78, my car was pretty mangled, but they fixed it and made it beautiful again, as well as dealing with the independent appraiser and insurance company from out of state. They made it easy for me. My car was un-drivable and they came out and looked at it, while another auto body place that was two blocks away wanted to tow it before doing an estimate. It is obvious these guys take pride in their work. I am very happy with the outcome of my repair and have already recommended them to a good friend.

Unfortunately there is no zero star to give. The experience at this shop was completely a disaster. The paint only lasted for 45 days and began to crack, which was promised would never happen. The guy called Tom is a thug and Crafty villain. He didn’t keep his promise that he will take care if there is any problem on the paint. What’s more, he made additional scratches on my car! He didn’t even show any apology for the terrible job he did. Terrible shop!! The previous reviews are misleading. I highly doubt if they were written by REAL customers. Just avoid this shop!!!

I had a very unusual collision repair job - the previous owner of my 1981 model Cub Cadet had rammed something very hard, and bent both of the mounting brackets for the the mower drive belt, causing the belt to rub and the bearings to fail. I couldnt bend the thick steel into place, with the tools I had. I brought the parts to SMK, and he just laughed and said "no problem." Not only did he straighten the parts, but he did so while I waited - great service, friendly guy! Now I just "wish" I had a wrecked car to take to him :)

My 2000 Acura Integra looks almost as great as it did 15 years ago! After a few accidents, I finally decided it was time to get some major body work done. I was given a very reasonable estimate and timeframe. The work took a bit longer than anticipated, but the final result was great. The paint job and body work were immaculate. The guys at SMK work very hard to deliver great results. Im proud to drive my car again.

SMK did a real nice job on my Audi recently but I must forewarn that established estimates shouldve been given because certain things discussed via in person and over the phone was not performed. Car was completed as scheduled but I really wished honoring our verbally discussed estimate would have made me rate this shop with a five star. Great job overall!!

I really dont know what to say about this body shop other than EXCELLENT. I had extensive damage to my 2013 Chevy suburban ltz and Tom brought it back to life and I couldnt believe it. Please dont hesitate to bring your damage vehicle to SMK auto body shop for repairs! Trust me you will not be disappointed.

i work about an hour away from where i live and SMK had my car fixed and ready to pick up in about 24 hours. I would suggest them to everyone, they are amazing individuals who did beyond exceptional work. They went above and beyond for me and they will never know how much i apprciate all they did for me!

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my 99 Lexus. The quality of the work is great, the car looks brand new and all done within the price quote I was given. The damage they repaired was to the front end (hood, headlights, bumper). I would recommend them to everyone.

We recommend this place to anyone and everyone! They went way above and beyond for us. We had our SUV in for repairs and left with not only the requested repairs, but also a vacuumed interior and washed vehicle. VERY satisfied!

Good price, honest, good job. They were able to fix rather than replace--looks like new. Great local business--if I have to fork over my money, Id rather it go to them. Ill definitely be going back for inspections, etc.

Fixed dented/scratched quarter panel so that you cant tell anything happened. Low cost, didnt go over the estimated price, and was finished as scheduled. They even vacuumed out the interior. Highly recommended.
