My husband and I have used this location at least a half a dozen times and tonight is probably our last time. After speaking with a worker there I made an appointment for 5pm (this was after calling for 10 minutes straight and being sent right to voicemail). We show up at 5 and there are three people there. The girl at the counter smiled and said "there is 1 person in front of you so....itll be 15-20 minutes?" I was dubious, since I can count and it was just her and another woman dying someones hair. We sat for 40 minutes! She then took my husband back and quickly cut his hair. She did not brush off the hair and he was itchy the entire way home. I didnt even get my hair cut because after almost an hour I was completely finished with the place. All of our other experiences have been ok; we got what we paid for. This time I felt that my time was wasted and that we were not valued as customers.

This morning I had an appointment at another hair salon and had asked for a fade cut and received a disaster. No fault of the salon stylist. I dont think she new what a fade was. But I think she should of asked. That brought me to Supercuts in Blue Bell. I did a check in online and I chose Jessica and so glad I did she new what to do and looked like she did that kind of cut a 1000 times. I only waited 5 minutes and Jessica was very polite and nice. She is the manager there and a great stylist and a very nice person. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a new stylist. Thank you Jessica

My daughter is 13 and the last time she cut her hair short was 5 years ago. We came here and KIM did an amazing job, first she looked at a picture of the style my daughter wanted, explained how it should be done and was very nice, she didnt go very short at first so we could see how we like the style then adjusted accordingly. Five stars are for Kim.

This was my first time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it went. I will absolutely be going back. Tiereney is an actual magician and she is so personable. She made my very fine hair look full and bouncy! Everyone was nice and the wait wasnt bad for a Sunday with no check in. Thanks a bunch, guys!

I went to Supercuts on Saturday to get a haircut after not cutting my hair for six months. I asked the man to cut my hair however he wanted to see the result. I was extraordinarily shocked that he cut my hair perfectly and Im glad I asked him to choose something he thought would fit me since he is the artist.

AVOID AVOID AVOID... Unless you fancy having the hair "stylist" totally ignore what youve specifically stated you want done. I mean, if thats your thing then you should TOTALLY go here! I wouldnt come back if I were paid to after todays experience...such blatant disregard...geez. Unconscionable.

I always went to supercuts in KOP..only today i went here and had the worst haircutting experience ever! Imagine not spraying water on your while cutting and the kind of pulling it causes! It doesnt even look like i had a haircut!

Jess (salon manager) is wonderful! She helped me pick out a new hair style that really fits what I wanted. I will continue going back!
