i agree with the previous comments. The experience here was substandard due to the unacceptable wait time. Call aheads do not make a difference, since the employees are the problem. The two girls who were working were considerably slow and this behavior seemed not to change with waiting customers. The girls continued to talk about miscellaneous topics apparently disengaged with focusing on getting the hair done quicker . I literally waited for about 2 hrs only to leave on my own accord without a haircut, since this was significantly passing my lunch break. The customer in front of me was still half way done. there were two customers in front of me, each girl had a customer. You wonder if these people just dont care about customer satisifcation or dont have the capacity to work effiiciently. Doesnt matter seek another hair salon/barber shop if you arent into waiting for no reasonable explanation.

Went in on a Sunday. Got there at 4pm. They are open till 5pm. There were two girls working and each was in the process of cutting someones hair when I went in but other than that the place was empty. When I walked in I was immediately uncomfortable as they rolled their eyes and talked quietly to one another, obviously displeased that a customer would come in an hour before closing. After an awkward minute of wait one came over and said they couldnt help me as they needed to leave at 5. No apology. Nothing. In this day in age, who turns away business. But then again I guess their lack of professionalism explains why they are working at a supercuts anyway.

This place has gone worst not even the convenience of walk-in. I had myself checked in with there stupid service which gave me estimate time 5.15pm at 4.20pm so i waited about an hour at my home and when i got to the place by 5.10pm sat there for another 45mins and they attended customers that came after me. Go to this place if you are ok wasting 3 hrs of your weekend on a haircut and after all that they lack talent.

I had a similar experience at this location. I showed up at 45 minutes before closing and I was told that they werent taking anymore customers. The place was empty.One girl was cutting someones hair. The other was sweeping the floor. This was not the first time this happened to me at this particular Supercuts. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.

I went in yesterday for my hair wash and cut. Clearly explained I wanted the dead ends trimmed, but no shorter than shoulder length. It barely reaches my chin and doesnt fit into a pony tail! I expressed my concern its too short the stylist argued w me and pulled my hair down in the back to try to tell me its

I was put on hold for 10 minutes. They put the phone down and forgot to get it again... I could hear their conversations while they went on about their day. If youre going to put me on hold then pick it back up. Horrible phone service.

I went to salon around 5pm in the evening. The lady who cut my hair was in a hurry and after reaching home I have noticed that the hair cut was very un even. Very bad service.

I went to this salon twice for foils/highlights and very happy with my results! Mary is excellent and I will definitely go back to her. The salon staff is also very helpful!

So I went first thing,and had a fine cut. The women who work there work at a somewhat relaxed pace, but the cut was attentive. I recommend going at 9AM weekdays.
