We went for our haircut and wanted regular layers and some bangs in the front but the chinese hairdresser, YING, was very reluctant to cut it from the beginning. I dont know if she didnot know how to do it or she just had a bad day ..but she was not listening to what we were saying and after 5 min she said its done. She gave no layers and messed up my bangs in the front . And on asking her , she was RUDE and very ADAMANT and literally started fighting with us telling us that its not "PROFESSIONAL" for her to give layers. She literally threw the cover and went inside when we tried to explain nicely. We called the front lady and even she failed to convince her to give layers. She had really bad temper and bad breath as well!! If you go there please avoid YING or dont even go there!!

I went there with my four year son, the service was BAD! This stylist Shameka was so bad, she cut a part of my little son eyebrow. Although I told her to stop using raser on his forehead, she continued & whole haircut looks so ugly. And my little son walked out with part of his eyebrow missing. And through out the experience I dont think I heard an appropriate apology from her! I would sincerely advice please never go to her with small children, she is not equipped to handle them!

I was visiting from out of state and decided my hair looked a little shaggy. I made an appointment online, which was extremely convenient. When I explained to the stylist that I was growing my hair out (from a spiky style), she knew immediately that I only wanted the sides and neckline trimmed up!! Thats exactly what she did to perfection! Its the first time in years that I didnt have to re-trim it myself after a visit to a salon. Thank you for the pleasant experience!!!

Im so grateful to have gotten my haircut from Molly! She was wonderful and friendly. I had a nice time talking to her, and she was the most skilled haircutter/shampooer I have ever had. I am not from Pennsylvania (I was just here for a conference), but I am thinking about moving here just for her!

Brutal. my regular barber was out of town so, i gave them a try. The guy made no attempt to listen to what i asked. he just gave me the haircut he wanted. worst of my life. have been back to my regular since. he says it will take three cycles to fix. do not ever go to this place.

I asked for a simple fade and I was great at the start then about ten minutes later it was done. When I came home I looked at the mirror and noticed that only ONE side of my hair was cut. Im not going there again!

If I would have option to give 0 star I would give the same. Lady doing the haircut was rude and she didnt know how to do the job. My child left the premises crying as his hair job wasnt done properly and neatly.

If you go here you have to ask for Tony or the other guy (younger - usually has unique haircut - his chair is first one on right. Dont use the women - Ying cut my sons eyebrow ):

Worst place ever to get a haircut.There was a blonde with tattoos, she seemed stoned and the haircut was a disaster.I tipped her nothing and am never going back there again.

This is the worse experience I have had hair the lady with the white hair is so rude to customers especially when their explaining to her how they want their hair cuts
