I used a groupon with this place a few months ago and I was very disappointed with the fact I was charged $20 additional due to my hair being longer. I had already paid $35 for the groupon. I have heard of salons doing this but mainly on color when they have to use additional product. Normally longer hair is actually easier to cut than shorter hair. The salon owner didnt even do a good job of actually blow drying out my hair. I want to leave a salon feeling pretty and not have to go home and flat iron my hair myself. I have had much better experiences with other salons in the area who dont add on extra charges unnecessarily and who provide better service. Not good! Its really not worth purchasing the groupon...there are better salons out there.

The owner of the salon is a crook. I went in with a Groupon for which I paid $30 for a haircut, conditioning treatment and blow-dry. When I went in, she told me I had to pay an additional $20 because my hair was a few inches past my shoulders. I thought this was quite obnoxious and a very excessive surcharge. I felt I was trapped because I had already purchased the Groupon. I have never been to a salon that did that. It was a very bad experience.

Bought a groupon for this place because it was right around the corner from my house. Got highlights and a cut. Was skeptical at first and wasnt really expecting much. However, this place is AWESOME. Melissa gave my hair the best highlights Ive ever gotten, hands down. My husband has been telling me for days how "hot" I look with my new hair. Highly recommend.
