I hate my curly hair!! It isnt a nice wavy curl, it is a frizzy mess, especially in hot humid weather. I usually spend an up to an hour each day straightening it, only to walk outside and have it instantly curl and frizz. It has been a never ending battle that seems to have gotten worse over the years. After much convincing and lots of research I finally gave in and on April 21, 2011 I had a keratin hair straightening treatment. For the next 3 - 4 days I could not touch my hair, could not get it wet, could not exercise, could not put it up....I thought I would go insane. When my alarm went off on day 4 I jumped out of bed, I was so desperate for clean hair again and to see how it turned out!! It turned out beautifully!!! I am now on day 37 post-treatment and it has been absolutely wonderful!! I still spend time washing, conditioning (using the special products), drying and straightening (flat iron) my hair. The difference (AND THIS IS BIG!!!) is that once my hair is straight, it STAYS straight. It does not frizz. Even in the most humid weather (today is 92F and 90+ percent humidity) and I have been outside quite a bit, it only gets mildly wavy. I would recommend this treatment to anyone that wants silky straight hair even under the worst conditions. It is not cheap (I am currently seeking a second job so I can fund my new obsession), but it worth every penny!! Thanks Lindsey, I LOVE IT!!!

I was a bridesmaid this past June and we went to skippack stylecrafters and they knocked it out of the park. There were 7 bridesmaids plus the bride. I think the rehearsal dinner picture vs day of pictures speak volumes. We all got out of there only 10 minutes behind schedule (the bride obviously wanted everything perfect so there were some tweaks that took us over the anticipated time). Most importantly... June 30th was a hot day, our limo DID NOT have A.C. so we were melting BUT our hair and make up didnt budge. The lipstick they put on us stayed in place through that, through our wawa lunch, and until about 7pm (unheard of). By the end of the night our makeup had softened (as anything you put on at 10am would) but it faded gracefully. We still all looked really pretty. And the pricing is really reasonable, Im getting married in April and Im having trouble finding this sort of "bang for your buck" near my venue. They supplied the OJ, we supplied the bubbly, they had bagels and really tasty pastries out for us.

Nancy - Feb. 3, 2012 I have been a faithful customer of Stylekrafters for many years. My hair is thick and straight. Before, no matter where I got it cut, my hair seemed to stay thick and looked like I was wearing a helmet. Then I went to Stylekrafters and found out that there was hope for straight unruly hair. My hair is now shaped and styled quite nicely. I am confident that each time I go to the salon, I will be pleased with the results. The women who work there are all very friendly, and they even have a salon dog. I hope that Stylekrafters remains in Skippack for many years to come!

She maintains a very professional yet friendly salon, with great attention to her customers needs. Her new salon home is chic and inviting. Stylekrafters is my favorite salon -- great cuts, great color, great staff. I love the new location right on the corner of Route 73 and Store Road; it has such wonderful ambience. I highly recommend trying the salon if you arent already a client. I always give a stylist two tries at my hair before I turn to another salon; Stylekrafters got it right on the first visit, and I have been a loyal client ever since.

I found Stylekrafters when I moved to Skippack years ago and even though I moved from the area 5 years ago, I still travel there to get my hair done. I absolutely love the color services by Lindsey and Laurens pedicures are amazing! The salon has a cool, hip feeling that myself and my teenage daughter both feel comfortable in.

I am bald and went to Stylekrafters for a straight edge hot lather shave. The saloon & staff are warm & friendly. The brick walls & original hardwood floors & the way they decorated with equipment, product & graphics is really cool. Great experience.
